I love deer hunting with archery.
I've taken 5 deer with the bow and at one time the 49th largest archery harvest
    in Ohio.
    Nice buck.
My two best slobber shots were at 40 paces and 55 paces.
Those are way tooooooooooooo long for archery shots but I made them anyway.
    Both shots were pass through.
    Never found the arrows.
Surprising was the smallish buck I took at 40 long paces looking at me.
Arrow hit in the chest & exited the rear.
    Complete long ways pass through.
    Never did find the arrow.
The 55 paces one was a doe broadside. Arrow cut a rib going in and a rib going out.
    She was down is seconds.
Back then I was very, very, good with a bow.
Browning Midas 52 # draw, Beeman carbon arrow shafts, 85 grain broad head.
I still have the bow, I ate the deer.:p

    How really neat!
I'd love to go wild hog hunting with a bow.
I used to take carp with a bow where it's legal.
Not allowed for game fish but o.k. for carp and such.
I've taken a couple wild boar with a rifle.
Around here wild hog hunting is on private ground where they are
    bred and stocked.
    Expensive.
I live in N.E. Ohio so no wild pigs unless one hangs out it seedy bars.
    :p:p:p

Feral swine are becoming an issue in some parts of Ohio.
Domestic pigs that got loose and quickly go feral and breed like crazy.
Crop destruction in some southern Ohio counties has farmers really
    ticked off.

I used to bow hunt a lot. Until I married my last wife. Started up again now married with children. I have the stuff. When my son looks old enough. I will pull out my bow and start to practice.

I have a friend who's family has had issues with wild hogs. He posted a video of some mean sows. It was on FB. He built a big cage and catches them regular.

I used to have sling shot when i was a kid. I was very happy when i luckily shot a dragon fly in mid air. Now, I can't watch killing animals. I guess I'm here because of fishing. I don't condemn hunting, its just my preference not to do it. I also want to try bow fishing and sling fishing.

I love to hunt! I have 3 bows. Yet now I never hunt and seriously think of trying to take pictures of the deer and turkey. I do not have an personal issue with hunting. I still love to eat but something changed. I got older. Something. I am a big believer that respect of the food you take is needed. If you kill it eat it. I always did. Dear stew and jerky are still favs. My old tree stand in the pecan tree is more tree house now.

I love to fish too. My family love it too.

I tried to figure out how to take Kel's video of 2 wild sows he caged. and put on here. These 2 sows were so wild they would likely kill kids. I believe he butchers them and then all the local folks eat them.

Believe it or not I can't find marbles.
    ( Yeah I know. I lost all my marbles.):D

No store in my area has marbles.
    Not even Walmart.
Marbles make great, inexpensive, slingshot ammo.
Lead muzzle loading round balls do also and I have that but want
    marbles.
I don't want to plink away my black powder gun ammo.

Lots online but I didn't want to order anything.
    Might have too.

Yes Nathan Masters or Andy at simple shot can get you set up or Bill Hays at pocket predator slingshot two very good slingshot companys and very good Sling shot shooters also the thing with wrist rockets are the tube bands stack a flat bands won't and you get a lot of speed and accuracy from them not saying you can't from tubes but it takes breaking in and most the time the bands is broken by then

While hunting with bow and arrow is illegal here I have killed a good couple of rabbits with both bow and slingshot when I was young, good fun. I have a recurve for fun and I make slingshots often. Traditional Y-style works best for me but I have a small chinese slingshot too. I use exercise bands for rubber.
