   I remember the first time I saw this I thought it was a great idea, you do need a chainsaw to make it or at least a wood splitter. I think this is better for campaign but you never know, if you are in a survival situation and need to boil water and have the material to build it, I think it could be a time saver.

   These work well can be made in a number of ways easy way is a hole saw down in from top then drill smaller homes on sides makes it more of a small rocket stove
