    hunting with any sort of bow is illegal in the UK.

    I hunt with a40lb indian recure ive had since i was 12its put alot of meat on the table

    I don't personally but a few of the traditional bowhunters here down there target compounds and hunt with a recurve

    Seems a bow comes with an expletive handbook!

    Illegal in UK?! What?! Some of the best archers from history are from there. I have a 50# longbow made in the UK. What can you hunt with? If you want to visit Texas I'll make sure you have a bow to hunt with!! :)

    its been illegal here for many years, you can only hunt with a rifle, you have to have a gun licence, and the landowners permission- in writing(unless its your own land of course), so the amount of people who do it is very small.
