    What a cool video! I made homemade mozzarella once with citric acid and rennet tablets. I would love to try some other cheeses. I did not know that you could get rennet from the stomach lining of an unweaned calf. Good for any cheese lover to know!

    When a teen dad had a milk cow among other farm type critters.
    He also had a butter churn and make cottage style cheese and butter.
    Real home churned butter is so much for flavorful than we buy in the stores.
    A chicken fresh dressed also tastes like REAL chicken!
