There was a time I was a a chain smoker and though I did not take long to quit the deleterious habit, the process was quite difficult because of the fun I had associated with smoking. I soon took up to beer drinking and have finally buried the jinx after a struggle though I was not an addict. Do you have a story to tell?

I gave up smoking in '95, just woke up one morning and decided to quit, so I did, no trick to it, just the will to succeed.
same with drinking, I gave up about 15 years ago, decided there was better things to spend my money on.
someone who wants to give up any addiction, if they want to, REALLY want to they will, but only if they really want to, otherwise they wont.
