For the last half century or so there has been building a pandemic of stupid but since the internet came to be this pandemic has slotted into overdrive and has accelerated past terminal speed! Each year the average job requires a higher and higher IQ yet the average IQ of the workforce is falling! About the late 90's there came a point where there were not enough smart people to fill the smart people jobs. So the shortfall was filled by those nearly smart enough. Sadly this has continued and we now have an excess of stupid people doing smart people jobs. All the noble occupations of the past are being degraded and it is really showing now. Just look at any profession and see that the standards have fallen! Pilots that skip regulations on fuel reserves? Pilots are meant to be really smart are they not? 50% of the people on the internet are complete morons and this forum like all others have there share of morons Yet No one thinks they are the moron, it is always someone else as everyone thinks they are smart and no one even the true morons themselves likes to think they are stupid! Stupid kills and it is the main killer of the 21st century!
