We all know that regardless of the choices we make regarding a safe place in a TEOTWAWKI situation, we may need to leave at some time for a safer place further away. So tell us what you carry, a full list of the tools & equipment, food & water & tell us how much your main pack weighs.

Ok, first of all, my beautiful and trustworthy knife, also a backpack with a bottle of water, lighter, first aid kid, some extra clothes, food and an extra knife just in case.

Possibly okay for a picnic, but you have a long way to go yet before you are ready for TEOTWAWKI. However, collecting all you need is the fun part :)

No, actually my knapsack is a very small one. Not everything is carried in my knapsack (not all eggs in one basket!).

Not much when Im doing stuff around the homestead really. When Im working I carry a hatchet, knife, saw, first aid, water, radio, cell, gps, you name it. I work as a wilderness guide so I must admit getting kind of sick of carrying stuff around.
But I guess it depends on what Im up to.

I am a big boy and can handle a big load if I have to. I've carried 50 lbs/22 Kg several times without too much trouble. I was younger then but I am smarter now and will not waste my strength as I did then. Add to this my shepherds crook staff and I can make tracks.
