Some SFO-ites are evacuating to the mountains.

Wait 'till they learn the rigors of not having a folding camping chair. Life it rough.

The bears taking a portion of their food ? Think of the term "Share Bears". Isn't everyone equal ?

Some non-bears might be taking a portion of their newly-acquired camping gear - tent pegs and all.

 

They should have bugged out of that once beautiful city decades ago.

 

I was just about to write, "We live in strange days."

I corrected myself, for upon reflection, we preppers have known that this crap was going to eventually happen. We have known it for years, even decades. I'm no going to do it right now, but if any of us were to go back to the 1990's and read prepper comments, we would find information on what is being made manifest in our world today. I would go so far as to say that we could print-out our 1990's predictions and lay them side beside today's headlines and they would match one for one.

Know what is scary? Our comments predicted that that which we are seeing now would grow worse, much worse.

Wanna read which is beyond scary? Go read ancient religious texts and discover the horror to which what we now see leads. It's not just one religions, all religions have predicted the end days. But the mechanisms of destruction were not in place. They are now. Nukes and bio-bombs and over-population and arrogance and godlessness and stacks of reasons for going to war on every part of this planet. Me, I think the match that lit the fuse was a lack of humility. But surely the fuse is lit, the spoon has flown from the grenade.

I think that we need to start using our least favorite presidential candidate's name in the place of cuss words. If you dislike all political presidential candidate you can mix and match. For example, "If those Bidenng idiots in Seattle want to defund the cops they ought to instead just Trumpig fire them all and let the Bidening rioters burn their Trumping city to the ground and kill all of the Bideners that like them so Trumping much!" You can alternate or just use your FAVORITE candidate to cover all the bases. Biden anybody that doesn't Trumping like it!

Yeppers, He Obammaed us for eight miserable Obammaing years!!!! I had a severe dislike for both of the Bushes but was glad to see him move into the White House and out of the Texas Governors mansion. I am too old to convert to Islam and learn to speak Arabic and had Al gore been in the White House on 911 He would have freaking surrendered!!!

He made the Clintons and Obummer look like conservatives as far as foreign policy and the Clintons let a Warlord run us out of the red Sea and the Persian Gulf! Jimmy Carter had so weakened our armed forces that we didn't even have a half dozen helicopters that would fly a mission without breaking down.

Biden would be unable to make a decision if something similar to 911 happened. His VP and most of his supporters probably were thrilled on 911. If Biden is elected I think that it will be the last USA election where the USA represents 50 states. The big cities of the North will become nothing more than giant all minority ghettos and many of the southern states may well secede. We get along with our minority people but are not going to worship them and let them do ANYTHING that they might want to do.

The good news for the conservatives in the South is that Liberals don't enlist so the old USA will not have much of military left as the conservatives leave to form a new military. You might also look at where the Military bases are and where the old abandoned bases are. Texas can be not just a world-class military power in a matter of weeks. We will be a NUCLEAR power from day one! California will rip asunder as the mid to northern coastal will be left to fend for themselves as the south and eastern parts of the State split off from the liberal leaches on the mid to upper west coastal parts will burn to the ground.

 

Look at the bright side, at least some of them will learn something (albeit in rather hard way) for "The burned hand teaches best. After that advice about fire goes to the heart". And who knows some of them might joining us here or any other survival / prepper forum.

 

You know, instead of running, they need to pull their heads out of places better left unmentioned and get rid of their sorry ass leaders. To me, any Mayor, District Attorney, and city council member that supports the rioters, thugs that assault people, and arsonists should be arrested and prosecuted for aiding and abetting the commission of a felony. The people that live in those places ELECTED those monsters year after year and they are getting what they wanted now. Even an elected official can be recalled and if enough people would be asked for federal aid and demand it those criminally negligent elected officials could be brought up on federal charges for racketeering. They are NO DIFFERENT from any Gang leader. I see them much like Charles Manson. He didn't kill anyone himself that he was tried fr but he encouraged it and was the leader. Unless the American people want the entire nation to burn it is past time for us to force our leadership to act!!!

There is good and bad to this thing. On one hand it has awakened a crap load of people to the need to prepare for bad days. I don't know how many times in the last few months that I've heard people say "Those preppers weren't crazy after all".
It as well as the vitriol against PDJT have also caused a whole lot of people who normally wouldn't to buy weapons and stockpile ammunition.
