Ironic to me that a government would choose to pick a candidate for the US Supreme Court primarily by race and sex......and call this a representative government.

For this government.....in like manner to abortion years ago...Race and Sex are the main litmus test ...qualifications for office.

Project Baltimore asked how a student who reads at an elementary school level could reach high school.

“They’re pushed through,” replied the teacher. “They’re not ready for the workforce. They’re not ready for further education.”

When asked if it’s social promotion, the teacher replied, “Yes.”

Baltimore City Schools has a “one fail” policy, which states, “students cannot be retained a second time prior to ninth grade.” That means students go to the next grade no matter how little work is completed. North Avenue has pointed to studies showing students learn better with grade-level peers saying, “multiple retentions should be a last resort for students.”

We need to place restrictions on who votes. Illegal aliens don’t need or deserve the vote. People on welfare that can’t feed, clothe or shelter themselves or their families don’t deserve to vote, convicted criminals used to be forbidden the vote now in some places they have put the ballot boxes in the prisons!!!!!! People with Iqs below a level of slow normal should not be allowed to vote.

There should be some small effort required to be allowed to vote. If we made it a law again that you HAD to register to vote at least one month before an election and charged as small amunt to help pay for the costs of running the election it would totally change things. The sad thing is that only a tiny part of Americans even know how the system works. They think that their vote is for the candidates but that isn’t how it works. MANY times the person that wins a presidential election is not the person that received the most votes and even more common are cases where someone in elected to the Presidency by a “landslide” even thugh the popular vote was close.

This is because we live in the United STATES of America and NOT in the Republic of America. Each state has a certain number of electoral votes. Your vote is to tell these electoral electors how they have to vote on the FIRST ballot. After the first round that changes. The electoral numbers are not exactly reflective of the population of a state. If it were places like Rhode Island, the north central/western states and Alaska wouldn’t amount to much at all. A state gets so many votes in the electoral congress based on population and then so many just for being a state.

This makes places like Texas and California weak sisters compared to the block of power represents by rhe postage stamp sized states in the North East. THIS is and was always INTENDED. Think of the power change that Texas would have for example if it broke up into 5 smaller states. We are actually allowed to do this but never will. This was something that was allowed as part of the agreement that the Republic on Texas made when they joined the union. We PAID for this by giving up most of New Mexico, pat of Oklahoma and pieces all the way up into Colorado. The Republic of Texas was quite a bit bigger then the state of Texas. Imagine if California broke up into 5 smaller states. Each one would be bigger than several of the original 13 states in both size and population!

We desperately need to make changes. We need to RECONSTITUTE our nation and return it to its roots before the entire thing DIES!!

LOL, we would or could do as well if you placed certain restrictions tha required the voters to have a certain level of intelligence and ability and then pick the new president by lottery. Hey, at least then we would have a CHANCE that we MIGHT get an honest and representative president that came from the common citizenry. In the past months of demonstrations for Black lives, there has been a lot of hand-wringing about looting. Whether it was New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo saying that stealing purses and sneakers from high-end stores in Manhattan was "inexcusable," or St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter saying looters were "destroy[ing] our community," police officers, government officials and pundits alike have bemoaned the property damage and demanded an end to the riots. And just this week, rioters have burned buildings and looted stores in Kenosha, Wis., following the police shooting of Jacob Blake, to which Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson has said: "Peaceful protesting is a constitutionally protected form of free speech. Rioting is not."

Writer Vicky Osterweil's book, In Defense of Looting, came out on Tuesday. When she finished it, back in April, she wrote (rather presciently) that "a new energy of resistance is building across the country." Now, as protests and riots continue to grip cities, she argues that looting is a powerful tool to bring about real, lasting change in society. The rioters who smash windows and take items from stores, she says, are engaging in a powerful tactic that questions the justice of "law and order," and the distribution of property and wealth in an unequal society.

I spoke with Osterweil about this summer's riots, the common narratives surrounding looting, and why "nonviolence" can be a misleading term. Our conversation has been edited and condensed for clarity.

For people who haven't read your book, how do you define looting?

When I use the word looting, I mean the mass expropriation of property, mass shoplifting during a moment of upheaval or riot. That's the thing I'm defending. I'm not defending any situation in which property is stolen by force. It's not a home invasion, either. It's about a certain kind of action that's taken during protests and riots.

Looting is a highly racialized word from its very inception in the English language. It's taken from Hindi, lút, which means "goods" or "spoils," and it appears in an English colonial officer's handbook [on "Indian Vocabulary"] in the 19th century.

Can you talk about rioting as a tactic? What are the reasons people deploy it as a strategy?

It does a number of important things. It gets people what they need for free immediately, which means that they are capable of living and reproducing their lives without having to rely on jobs or a wage—which, during COVID times, is widely unreliable or, particularly in these communities is often not available, or it comes at great risk. That's looting's most basic tactical power as a political mode of action.

It also attacks the very way in which food and things are distributed. It attacks the idea of property, and it attacks the idea that in order for someone to have a roof over their head or have a meal ticket, they have to work for a boss, in order to buy things that people just like them somewhere else in the world had to make under the same conditions. It points to the way in which that's unjust. And the reason that the world is organized that way, obviously, is for the profit of the people who own the stores and the factories. So you get to the heart of that property relation, and demonstrate that without police and without state oppression, we can have things for free.

What are some of the most common myths and tropes that you hear about looting?

One of the ones that's been very powerful, that's both been used by Donald Trump and Democrats, has been the outside agitator myth, that the people doing the riots are coming from the outside. This is a classic. This one goes back to slavery, when plantation owners would claim that it was Freedmen and Yankees coming South and giving the enslaved these crazy ideas—that they were real human beings—and that's why they revolted.

Another trope that's very common is that looters and rioters are not part of the protest, and they're not part of the movement. That has to do with the history of protesters trying to appear respectable and politically legible as a movement, and not wanting to be too frightening or threatening.

Another one is that looters are just acting as consumers: Why are they taking flat screen TVs instead of rice and beans? Like, if they were just surviving, it'd be one thing, but they're taking liquor. All these tropes come down to claiming that the rioters and the looters don't know what they're doing. They're acting, you know, in a disorganized way, maybe an "animalistic" way. But the history of the movement for liberation in America is full of looters and rioters. They've always been a part of our movement.

What would you say to people who are concerned about essential places like grocery stores or pharmacies being attacked in those communities?

When it comes to small business, family owned business or locally owned business, they are no more likely to provide worker protections. They are no more likely to have to provide good stuff for the community than big businesses. It's actually a Republican myth that has, over the last 20 years, really crawled into even leftist discourse: that the small business owner must be respected, that the small business owner creates jobs and is part of the community. But that's actually a right-wing myth.

A business being attacked in the community is ultimately about attacking like modes of oppression that exist in the community. ...

Here in the USSA, government programs promoted farmers getting loans ... loans that they eventually would be unable to pay-off. This destroyed untold thousands of farms. These farmers were bought-out by mega-huge agricultural companies (ex. Archer Daniels Midland) whose executives had links to Big Brother in Washington D.C..

And then there is the question of Americans' ability to fight. Far too many Americans are nowadays willing to be castrated via gun control. I believe that if told to get on the trains, over a third would do so. Another third wouldn't get on the trains; they would just try to hide or run away -- they wouldn't take up arms and start killing the government goons and lackeys behind the attempted atrocity. People are willing to talk about their loss of essential Liberty. They won't kill or be killed over this as did their ancestors. This is a weak nation and thus doomed to collapse.

We preppers would have to arm-up were it only because of the coming stampede of cud-chewing cattle-people. We often think about having to defend against things like Antifa and BLM, coming race wars, and wars against private ownership of property and food. Unfortunately, we need to add to this list the defense against panicked herds of useless two-legged beasts -- sheer masses of crazies. Swarms of panicked masses are giant locust-attacks, meaning that we have to have lots of ammo and fortify our dwellings.

"'Certainly, the guns that are here didn’t come on an airplane, so we know much of the worse conduct is coming from people who live somewhere near South Florida,' Mayor Dan Gelber told reporters during a news briefing.

"He’s talking about a lot of guns – at least 100 seized in the past five weeks during the spring break season in addition to two shootings earlier this week that left five people injured in the heart of South Beach’s Ocean Drive nightlife scene."



"The city also reported at least six other incidents involving shots fired.

"Fox News Digital witnessed three arrests in as many hours Tuesday night, after the city declared a state of emergency, but before the curfew was scheduled to go into effect.



"Of the five people inside, who police initially handcuffed at 14th Street and Collins Avenue, two were taken away in separate squad cars. The other three were released at the scene.

"Police documents identify the detained men as the driver Damani Luces, a 21-year-old from Brooklyn, New York, and Renuel LeBlanc, 19, who police said provided a fake ID.

"'It’s no longer just about open containers and underage drinking,' she told Fox News Digital Wednesday. 'You’ve also got multiple shootings…in South Beach, you’re balancing spring breakers with more discerning travelers and consumers.'

I just got informed by someone that came to my house that I am running a illegal chicken operation . He said my state has passed a law making it illegal to have survival chickens . Now I am an official outlaw , raising 6 chickens and eating their eggs . Nope I am not getting rid of my chickens . I suppose I will have to on alert for the brown shirts / turned chicken thieves . --- This I suppose also means buying baby chicks in the state of Arkansas is now banned . This I understand also applies to the state of Missouri . Preppers and backyard farmers that don't already have their chickens may have now passed that window of opportunity . --- Commercial poultry farms have been exempt from this decree . --- The communist's excuse is some kind of chicken disease that they claim can be stopped if they ban the backyard chickens .

 

If you are not zoned for agriculture, then you could be in violation of law. Many Southern states have people farming inside of town. Here, there are cornfields immediately adjacent to supermarkets -- one place I shop often. A roadway and another piece of land over, there's one veggie field across a larger road from another veggie garden (I'd say 3-4 acres each, one is smaller). The aggie stores around here sell small-scale chicken coups for those who only want a few chickens for eggs. Techies in this place bring-in produce. One guy I work with brings extra chicken eggs into work.

Arkansas -- that's hard to imagine. Of course, Arkansas breeds government felons such as the Clintons. Little Rock has the black market concession for the entire state. Watch out, whoever told you this is most likely blowing smoke up your rear.

I don't know about your state, but the Southern States aren't going to pass any anti-chicken laws, ain't gonna pass any anti-survival law. Some administrator do that and some night he'd get dragged out into nowheresville and beaten half to death. Around here a small town council started pulling some anti-2nd amendment stunts that p.o.ed the locals. A public meeting was called and over 200 furious people showed up. I was there. One council member looked like she was going to faint; the council-folk were afraid. The cops and sheriff's deputies around here are mega-conservative gun-owners and many hunt in the mountains adjacent to town.

Of course, if your roosters are crowing when your neighbors are trying to get some sleep, you sure could have a run-in with them. And chickens stink.

In rural Arkansas, who would they get to enforce anti-chicken laws?! Man, I'd like to see that ... from a distance. "From a distance" because there's gonna be shots fired! All the sheriffs and deputies out that way are staunch conservatives. Look at any voting map of U.S. counties. Only cities vote collectivist. Mature, psychologically-normal, people live in the Heartlands. When American urban malignancies are burned-off, Amerika will go back to being a clean America.




In today's USSA, the dependent people, those who can't grow their own food, cannot produce their own energy have an ENORMOUS number of votes. The responsible people who prop-up the weak urbanites simply do not have the votes to keep this country clean. The biden regime is currently flying illegal aliens to all parts of this country so that they can provide illegal votes.
