https://www.bitchute.com/video/Irm3jtEEc08C/ A video on the panic . Preppers can sit back and watch the sheeple for entertainment . Those that claimed their superior knowledge would assure their survival " instead of actually preparing " , will soon face reality .

A news source is valuable if they report directly from where an event is occurring and interview numerous people living under the conditions being covered by the news report.

When I hear a conspiracy story beginning or any irrationality on the part of a reporter, I stop reading. When at university in the 1970's I was perpetually hearing about how the world was going to end during the 1980s.

Now in today's world, things actually are going sideways; however, I want the facts and zero emotion. I don't need wild-eyed dementia clouding an already bad situation. There is plenty of crap to deal with that is real. Other "stories" I weary of / cease paying any attention.

The farm situation being bad is very real. America became a breadbasket for the world. Will there be times when we will only be able to feed our own and no one else? Looks like we are there now. Production is down -- especially in the SouthWest. East of the Mississippi River we are breaking even. The price of beef will, for many families, become such that they will buy far less, if any. When I was a kid, my parents and grandparents considered eating beef a luxury -- chicken, pork, chicken, chicken, pork, chicken, chicken. Yet, we did have meat. I've put back tins of kippered herring -- I love them even as did my mom's father. Fishing was a big deal to him; fun plus food. Hunting meat was effort. Getting out on the lakes = fun & food.

Look at the following chart. It shows how recently other nations have been buying more and more from America. That situation could just crash and burn. It surely will if we ourselves run short. Russia is shipping its grain and grain from the Ukraine to China, but China has an enormous populace to feed.

Lets flip the mattress and look at the other side . With this Russia vs Ukraine going on a possibility " though I don't know how probable " that Russia will revenge Nuke Nato countries . With China as a ally of Russia , they don't have to put boots on the ground of their vanquished enemy's soil . They can destroy the power grids , sit back and wait a few years as the sheeple starve to death and then simply put boots on the ground as a mop up operation . They would basically own the planet . This is what I was taught in school , that the communist ultimate goal was to own the planet . Now here is famine on a grand scale .

At this point it appears famine will become world wide , only with some places more fortunate than others . The preppers that foresaw this and established a rural homestead will be in the best position to weather the famine . Some could not see this far ahead . I remember one post on this forum but don't remember by whom , that stated no one could predict the future . Well I did , though I admit I was not 100% certain of what my instinct was telling me was correct . However I was confident enough in my instinct to relocate my family from one rural dwelling that I owned debt free and relocate to a more survivable position in another state . -- I have encouraged our members of this forum to try to predict the future but with seemingly futile results . I was trained in the Military to develop what they called animal instinct , " just like LT. Dan on Forrest Gump " . I have had a limited amount of sucess and have taken this endeavor serious ever since I attended those military classes . -- Now rural land prices have skyrocketed . Houses and building supplies have also skyrocketed . Many people are scrambling to get that rural homestead now , but for many they have already been priced out . -- What lies ahead , just a few months of extra food stashed back will only push the hunger back for a bit longer . Starving neighbors will be raiding others gardens . So those that didn't really go rural will have to guard their garden 24 hours a day . Those that only have a wimpy and useless dog will only have something else that needs food , instead of being a ally .

A video on the famine , covering present time and the coming months . A warning on the video that we may be seeing 300,000 people a day starving to death in the near future . Starvation on a Biblical proportion is mentioned . -- Too bad some only talked about preparing , but never did anything .

300,000 a day starving to death? is that just in America or worldwide?
in a TEOTWAWKI situation losing a third of (UK) population every 6 months was the expected losses, within 18 months we were expected to be down to 10% of the current population which is the same as pre industrialisation.

I took it the 300,000 a day starving to death was world wide . Interestingly the video points to Texadanm's area as being particularly hit hard with rising food prices .

unless one can buy locally or grow your own all food prices will rise because of the ongoing war in Ukraine and drought and floods elsewhere in the world, all will have an effect of food prices and the supply chain.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/foodanddr...pc=U531&cvid=e4465ef1083547eb8b45b4871e5067fc --- Normally I would not be paying much attention to the above link , concerning a burger chain closing it's door permanently . This is " all " of its stores . The reason this perked my interest is this is the same region of the state of Texas , that my above video post touted as was going through a food crises . No meat = no burger . Also the tomato shortage has to be considered . --- This could be only the first of many to start falling .

Perhaps I should be ashamed for being amused at some that were boosting about their survival capabilities now obviously squirming and desperately hoping for something that isn't materializing . " but I am not ". I have been trying for years to get people to take prepping serious , only to be deluged with crap that I knew wasn't realistic . The unprepared are now entering their hellish future . The prepared can sit back and watch this mess descend upon the planet .

I have over the years tried to get sheeple in-laws to think about prepping, the normal answer is usually "I'm too busy" or "Nothing bad will happen so lets not talk about it", so I no longer bother, let them go to hell when the S really hits the fan, none of them live near us so thats another bonus.

A heads up on cooking oil . I saw where in some areas of the United States cooking oil is now being limited as to how much can be purchased . I always try to stay ahead of the crowd on such matters . Today the wife went out and purchased 36 one and a half quart bottles of cooking oil - 1.42 litters . Also she brought in 50 lb. of sugar " mostly to feed our honey bee hive getting it ready for the approaching winter " . -- To be more specific from an individual the rationing was - 2 lb. flour , 1 two liter bottle of cooking oil , and a small amount of sugar was allowed per customer . The food shortage will continue to deteriorate for years to come . Squirrels will be on our supper table this winter .

    "Shelf life of corn oil
"Corn oil gives you flexibility in terms of storage. You can use both the pantry and fridge. Expect your corn oil to serve you for up to 1 year."

    "Shelf life of sunflower oil
"Sunflower oil is a good item to stock due to its fairly long shelf life. Even past its printed date, opened sunflower oil can stretch for 1 year. Unopened bottles last twice as long, 2 years. Utilize both the pantry and refrigerator."

    "Shelf life of canola oil
"Store both opened and unopened canola oil in the pantry. Unopened bottles have a longer shelf life – up to 2 years whereas opened bottles can go for 1 year. Ensure you tightly seal the bottle cap after using. This prevents contaminants which exacerbates spoilage."

We must cook differently to most people because we use very little cooking oil, only when frying something and thats not very often.

In America's South, people have fried food constantly throughout the week -- lunch and supper. Cooking oil and lard is used in large quantities. This is why people in the South die of strokes and heart attacks. Hardening of the arteries is a given in most men. Add, the obesity and the diabetes. People are eating the same diet as their ancestors who worked like animals and burnt the fat. Now, people don't work that hard so the diet is a killer.

    Repeating myself:

In decades past, Europe and America would take up the slack when others suffered. Not this year. Here in America, we've had a very poor crop season. Things are going to be very hard for farmers in Europe on through 2023.

    ----------------------------------

    Also in the news, France:

"Fire Breaks Out At World's Largest Produce Market In Paris"

    https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/watch-fire-breaks-out-worlds-largest-produce-market-paris

"There are widespread reports that a huge fire broke out at a massive, well-known produce market and hub responsible for supplying much of Paris and its surrounding region with fresh food.

"The Rungis market is often described as the largest fresh produce market of its kind in the world. Social media videos are widely circulating which show a huge blaze which appears to be centered on the expansive market which has been in existence for many centuries."

Through a more personal source , food rationing is now being conducted in the state of Texas on the Eastern side of the state . How prevalent and wide spread at this time the rationing is , I don't know . Are any of our members experiencing food rationing at their grocery stores ? What I mean by this , a limit on certain items that can be purchased .

Yet another kick in the rear-end to America's agricultural output is now being made manifest. Talk about perfect storms. America and Europe will simply not be able to make-up for food shortages around the world. Not going to happen, kids.

"Drought Pushes Mississippi River Grain Shipping Rate to a Record"

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...issippi-river-puts-us-farm-trade-flow-at-risk

"American farmers face yet another supply-chain headache just as harvest season moves into high gear: Not enough barges on a shrinking Mississippi River.

"Drought is drying up the crucial US water artery. That means less room for vessels shipping out corn and soybeans, the biggest US crops. Barge rates reached $49.88 per ton on Tuesday, the highest on record and up nearly 50% from a year ago, according to a government report released Thursday."

      From same article:

"Cargo from barges is unloaded and then reloaded onto larger bulk vessels for the world market. According to the Iowa Department of Transportation data, one barge can hold the same amount of 16 rail cars or 70 large semi trucks."

"Major Supermarket In UK Planning To Sell BUGS As Food To Help Poor People Through Winter"

    https://summit.news/2022/10/20/majo...s-as-food-to-help-poor-people-through-winter/

"A major supermarket chain in the UK is finalising plans to stock insects on its shelves and market them as a cheap food source for people struggling to afford to feed their families amid soaring inflation and the cost of living crisis.

"The Daily Mail reports that Aldi is considering stocking ‘edible’ bugs and providing recipe kits for parents to prepare worms and crickets for their hungry children.

"Potential products in the range include ‘sustainable’ cricket burgers, as well as ‘nuggets’ and ‘mince’.

"Just when you thought this couldn’t get any more more dystopian, the supermarket is involved with a TV game show in which insect ‘farmers’ will pitch the bugs as the ‘next big thing’ for Aldi, according to the report.

"One of the contestants, Aaron Thomas, commented, 'We’re on a mission to change perceptions of insects as food; they’re one of the most sustainable protein sources in the world.'

"Thomas further claims that crickets contain more protein than beef adding 'We want to take bug consumption mainstream. If we’re able to get in front of Aldi’s audience, that would be an amazing opportunity.'

"The move is the latest in a growing trend of pushing bug eating on the masses as a way of ‘saving the planet’.

"How about a weed side salad? And why not wash down your worm food with a tall refreshing glass of sewage?

"In 2020, the World Economic Forum published two articles on its website which explored how people could be conditioned to get used to the idea of eating weeds, bugs and drinking sewage water in order to reduce CO2 emissions.

"A separate article published on the WEF website outlined how people can be conditioned to enjoy consuming ‘food’ which on the surface sounds disgusting.

    https://www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-c...ng-smaller-breeds-feed-them-insect-based-food

"A CNN climate piece arguing that pets and their 'meat-heavy diet' are major contributors to climate change was shared online this week.

"The piece offered ways that owners can reduce their beloved animals’ 'carbon pawprint.'

"It suggested pet owners re-assess their pet’s diet, offering 'lab-grown meat' and 'insect-based pet foods' as a potential option for them. The article also recommended making sure that pet products, such as leashes, bags, toys and bowls are recyclable, and also advised that potential owners maybe adopt smaller breeds to minimize climate impact."

    https://www.breitbart.com/europe/20...meatless-meals-on-elementary-school-children/

"All school meals are to be meatless from now on in the German city of Freiburg, with authorities mandating vegetarian-only menus from 2023.

"Children going to primary school or daycare in Freiburg will no longer be able to have meat for lunch, with authorities in the city ruling that all meat and fish offerings will be stripped from school meals starting in 2023.

"The decision follows similar moves in the United Kingdom, while government officials in the Netherlands have meanwhile been encouraging elementary school children to eat bugs as a 'sustainable' source of protein."

This is why I'm glad we put back lots of food and supplies.

Learning about making Crisco candles and Crisco candle room-heaters. I'm experimenting to see how well these work.

With tubs of Crisco, you can fry food, light a room, and maybe even add to the room's heating.

Today the wife and I forged for food . We brought home wild American persimmons and chincapin oak acorns . For those not in the know , chincapin acorns taste similar to chestnuts , with little bitter taste . --- As of right now , my grandson and his bride to be are trying to recover a bow shot deer that our newest addition to our group just shot . The blood is getting sporadic so they just returned to get the bull dog . It has been used before to trail down and even hold the deer until a human arrives . --- In the mail today I received 4 throw nets for gathering fish for the years of famine . ---Twice in about a two week period my emergency kit has been sent out to help injured people . Our on site medical personnel was called out to help a neighbor that cut himself very badly with a skill saw a few days ago . Today it was a injured guy with a deep splinter of wood about 1 and a half inches long . Actually our medical person ended up taking the splintered up guy to the doctor rather than operate . --- Today besides foraging the woods for food , tended to chickens , milk goats and feed honey bees .This is what goes on , on our survival acreages .

As of right now , one of my sons is on the Mississippi River on a work boat . The company he works for has two boats stranded with the low river level . Transporting barges above the Northern Louisiana line is a no go . Below that line movement is very limited due to the river drying up . People are playing in sand that once was on the bottom of the river . This means grain , and petroleum products will not get to their destination and ultimately not to the consumer . SHTF stuff like this is of course why we are preppers and ready for the incoming famine .

I personally don't sweat things like famines. I will eat almost anything and like 99% of it. I live in the country and will have acces to good fishing and hunting not to count the thousands of hogs and cattle in the area. After the first year I will have about 1.5 acres under cultivation inside my fences land. 1,5 acres isn't a farm but the amount of foot that it will produce is amazing. You don't plant pick once crops like corn. A lot of peas and beans will keep putting on fruit and producing as long as it gets plenty of water and no freezes. In East Texas that is usually 10 months but some years we only will have one light freeze.

The other big thing we have here is lots and lots of livestock. A cattle ranch can produce enough meat for hundreds of people. Now we ship beef to the north. When that becomes a no go we will have more cattle than we need just to eat. The area I live doesn't ft feed them. We raise them up to a certain size and they go to auction to places that fatten and butcher them in mass. The are pigd and hogs every where. They are even considdered nuscance animals and often just killed. A feral hog isn't like a fattened domestic pig at all. They are often mean suckers and lean mean fighting beasts.

You can get together with a few friends and just buy a calf to butcher. You can do the same with a hog or two. I really like a hog that hasn't be sent to be fattened a lot. Their meat is different. The big reason that people fatten hogs is more economic than nutritional. You sell pigs and hogs by the pound. They will eat anything that people can eat and like people will turn it into fat if they don't get much exercise. In the past that fat/lard was valuable but not so much now.

I live in a rural area, this is hill farming country, stock rearing not arable, mainly sheep, but also cattle, pigs and chickens.
also very few people go foraging these days, a few people did when we first moved here 13 years ago but even those have dropped off now and its only us locally.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/weather/t...178d88f92470f9d09671a81eb80b2&category=foryou --- Here is a drone video of the river bed of the Mississippi River . As I have reported before sending information to you guys from a river boatman " the situation is dire ." Food and petroleum products are stranded . Those of us that prepared for full self-sufficiency as our prepper strategy appear to have taken the correct approach . Things will become increasingly interesting in the months ahead . --- I would hate to be someone whose survival plan was based Soley on theft or trade to obtain something a neighbor has . The U.S. citizens are armed and ready to take out permanently individuals that try to survive by theft and likely won't take kindly to someone wanting to trade them trinkets for their resources .

theft isnt taken kindly this side of the pond either, burglar was hung by the leg out of a top storey window and told to leave the area, another burglar was shot with a crossbow, and another was shot dead by Tony Martin, and they wont be the only ones.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/new...dab97561748dd986cae50f43f7b25&category=foryou --- Here is an about 5 minute video on the United States following Europe's plight and running out of diesel fuel as well as heating fuel . Frankly when I first ran across the fuel situation report on running out of diesel , I was skeptical . " Not anymore " this is for real . The North Eastern portion of the United States are going to freeze their a--es off this winter as they depended greatly on heating oil " that is not coming " . I can't say I feel sorry for them though . This region supported the Democrats and now will face the consequences . --- Me , I have a tank full of propane and a winter's supply of firewood spit and stacked . I will watch the sheeple for entertainment this winter .

of course for years Europe has been depending on Russian oil and gas, following the invasion of Ukraine this has come to bite them on the butt, especially Germany.
many people over here especially in rural areas went onto heating oil, mains gas not being available in rural areas, the best time to restock heating oil is in the summer when prices are usually lower.

Something important to me, being a meataholic, Spam comes in bacon flavor. Stocking up on that. Got a table here in my office at home; a table is behind me and due to running out of space in other rooms have food stores just behind me. Looking at a can of Bacon flavor Spam, it says "Best by June 2025".

Retired Sgt Major (high school instructor over 50 yrs ago) told me that I should always keep bouillon cubes. He said, "Always have bouillon on you -- you can buy rice everywhere." He had a bunch in his desk. We put back bunches of rice, noodles, and dried beans -- always dropping-in oxygen absorbers before sealing the jars. Sgt Major had one tour in Korea and three tours in Vietnam, Army Intelligence. Getting his knee buggered by shrapnel in Korea didn't stop him at all. Where he had been stationed, must have inculcated this belief in rice for him; too, his wife was Japanese. "Rice is everywhere!", he must have thought.:D:D:D

I don' t leave my survival grounds often but reports are coming in to me from those that do venture out into the public sector of a great gathering of canned goods as people come to the realization as to what is about to happen . My tribe has been preparing for this for decades so we have no need for the binge purchasing of survival foods . The month of November 2022 appears to be the pivot downward as the diesel runs out . Some may find it difficult to fathom but the parking of the big rig trucks will only be the beginning of the spiral downward .

"Fuel company issues diesel shortage alert in Southeast U.S., including NC, Virginia and SC"

    https://www.cbs17.com/news/north-ca...e-alert-in-southeast-u-s-including-nc-and-sc/

"RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A major company that tracks the availability of fuel on Friday issued an alert for a diesel fuel shortage in the Southeastern United States, including North and South Carolina.

"The alert from Mansfield Energy on Friday also includes Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Maryland. The fuel supply and logistics company noted 'extremely high prices in the Northeast along with supply outages along the Southeast.'

"The alert also said conditions are 'rapidly devolving' with economics changing “significantly” daily.

“'At times, carriers are having to visit multiple terminals to find supply, which delays deliveries and strains local trucking capacity,' the alert from Mansfield Energy said.

"The U.S. Energy Information Administration reported in an October “Winter Fuels Outlook” that diesel fuel inventories on the east coast at the end of last month were already 45 percent below the 5-year average."
    ------------------------------------------------------------

This in my estimation is a created/intentional shortage. The current biden puppet regime is going full bore to murder the U.S. economy. The ultimate handlers of the the treasonous regime in the White House are internationalists who wish to bring about an international Borg rule of as much of the planet as they can usurp.

    This is war.

it is only sheeple that panic buy canned and other goods.
and then they, the sheeple, only panic when the event is nearly on top of them, they do not store supplies in the good times like preppers do so are always caught "on the hop" as it were.

Something to consider for those planning to make a portion of their diet after SHTF collecting wild game . Stew will be high on the diet of rural dwellers , So for that reason have stored stuff to add things to that stew other than meat and water . Tomatoes in that stew would likely make it taste better and even if you simply bought canned tomatoes . That would help stretch your pot of stew and at this time are still available . Next month with the diesel situation they may not be available .

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/a...pc=U531&cvid=25a4f3a29824445dadaa49f8aedd4883 Here is more information on the drying up of the Mississippi River that I have been reporting to you guys . Just think , it would take 62 semi trucks to haul what one barge hauls and one push boat in normal times might be pushing 12 barges at a time . That calculates to that one boat transporting what would take 744 semi trucks to haul . Now with the barge traffic stuck in the sand and diesel fuel for the semi trucks running out we will be witnessing historic famine . The serious prepper will be in fine shape for what lies ahead . The prepper that only prepared for a short term inconvenience will be facing something catastrophic not only for themselves but for the children and grandchildren they failed to properly prepare for .

I suppose you guys are aware of the alert , that Iran is planning an attack on Saudi Araba within the next couple of days . If this becomes a reality expect Saudi Arabia oil refineries , oil wells and pipelines to be targeted . An even more crippling of available oil may be the results . -- The reason I put this under the famine thread is because this would indeed increase the famine level as transportation fuel and farming fuel is further crippled .

--- Here is a video on the difference between a free market system and communism . This video shows a Cuban and his food options in Cuba and what he found in the grocery stores when he managed to get to the United States . This is something anyone even considering voting for a Democrat " alias Communist " should think about before casting their vote . Yes this is political , but also very survival related .
