Guns do not kill people all on their own, they need a human finger on the trigger, that finger is the problem not the gun itself.
I'm 6 ft tall and large build, one time I was walking through a town minding my own business and a woman tried to throw herself through a shop front window, to avoid me , very strange!!LOL
never had to do much actual fighting, just one look at me was enough to get people going the other way, I dont suffer fools gladly as we say here.

Criminal gangs in England and Europe have no trouble acquiring semi-automatic weaponry. Weapons follow the trade routes established as migrants move into Western European nations.

"Girl, 16, hit in new shooting"

    https://www.manchestereveningnews.c...ster-news/girl-16-hit-in-new-shooting-1043016

"A 16-year-old girl was shot in Whalley Range last night in the latest round of Manchester's gang wars.

"Police are investigating links between the attack and the murder of teenager Jessie James, who was gunned down in Moss Side's Broadfield Park.

"There have been a series of tit-for-tat shootings involving the Gooch and Doddington gangs in the last few months culminating in the death of Jessie who was 15.

"The latest shooting happened at 9.40 last night in Portman Road on the Alexandra Park estate. Blossome Daley, 41, a mother of 10 who lives on the street, told how she screamed at her children to get inside as she heard the first of five shots fired outside her home.

"'The gunman was about 19 or 20 and he was in a group of 15 who came down the road on mountain bikes,' she said.

"'He was shouting 'If you aren't Gooch why are you running?'

"Mrs Daley said when she her gunfire she thought one of her sons had been shot by the gang.

"'I've been here nine years and this is the fifth time there has been a shooting since then. I came from the Caribbean island of Montserrat and this is the most scared I've ever been in my life,' she said."

"Today Patsy McKie from the Mothers Against Violence group which campaigns for an end to the problem, said: 'It is really quite sad that this has happened again. When is this going to stop?'"

    ----------------------------------------------------

"When is this going to stop?"

When the cultures that breed this sort of violence are no longer there.

    --------------------------

Who knows which gang was involved in the above drive-by shooing. Since the term "Gooch" was used in the above article, here's some history on the Gooch Close gang. Me, I don't know if that particular gang still exists. There are plenty of others, just like here in the USSA.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gooch_Close_Gang

    "
The Gooch Close Gang also known as the G.C.O.G's (Gooch Close Original Gangsters) or simply 'The Gooch' in Manchester, is an organised crime group based in Moss Side and surrounding neighbourhoods of south Manchester, England.[1][2] Most members of the gang grew up on the westside of the Alexandra Park estate in Moss Side around Gooch Close (which is where the gang gets its name).

"The Gooch is part of an alliance of Crip gangs,[3] and has had violent disputes with many other South Manchester gangs, most notably The Doddington Gang (formerly known as the Pepperhill Mob), The Moss Side Bloods and The Longsight Crew.

"By the mid 2000s the Gooch had grown to become a vast gang made up of a number of smaller offshoot crews based around south Manchester. The most notable of these being the Longsight Street Soldiers, Old Trafford Crips, Rusholme Crips and Fallowfield Mad Dogs. These gangs would carry on the rivalry with Doddington and Longsight Crew into the 2000s.

"Ten members of south Manchester's Gooch gang were put on trial in October 2008 for a catalogue of gang-related crimes.[6] Gang members Colin Joyce and Lee Amos had been arrested in 2000, when they had been apprehended at their 'nerve centre' in a house in Moss Side, found with an 'extraordinary array of firearms'. In 2001, they had been sentenced to nine years in prison but had been released early, on licence, in 2007 and there had followed a new bout of shootings."

    ----------------

Gangs will always come by the weaponry they need. They get black tar opium out of Southeast Asia. They get their cocaine out of South America. Illegal firearms (especially handguns and "assault rifles" are built in Pakistani village hovels and in tin roofed industries in the Philippines. If something is available on planet Earth, organized crime can readily access it.

More legislation isn’t going to have any effect on illegal use of firearms. The British public has no concept of how porous our borders are to smugglers. Drugs and firearms flow freely over the border while our government cuts funding to HM Customs and Excise and the port authorities

Yep, this is deep state stuff. These folk are internationalists who feel no loyalty to their own country and certainly have only a pronounced hatred of Constitutional limits on the powers of central government.

These folk are the enemies of Liberty. They are capable of great violence. They are guilty of sedition. They want people like us either enslaved or dead.

Another senseless tragedy due to the ready-availability of assault cars:

"Car crashes into Virginia restaurant, leaving 14 injured: police"

    https://www.foxnews.com/us/car-crashes-virginia-restaurant-leaving-14-injured-police

"A driver drove a vehicle into a restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, on Friday, leaving 14 people injured, according to police and fire officials.

"Officials said the crash caused a structure fire that has since been extinguished.

"Arlington first responders said eight victims were transported to local hospitals after the crash, and that four of those victims suffered critical injuries, four others endured non-life threatening injuries. Another six patients were also treated at the scene before being released."

"Third person dies after car careened into Bremerton building; driver in 'satisfactory' condition"

    https://www.q13fox.com/news/third-p...ton-building-driver-in-satisfactory-condition

"BREMERTON, Wash. - A third person has died after a car went careening into a building early Saturday morning in Bremerton. The driver survived and remains in "satisfactory" condition in the hospital.

"According to the Bremerton Police Department (BPD), at around 2:00 a.m., officers responded to reports of a car that crashed into a building on Wheaton Way near Sheridan Road. When officers arrived, two men were found dead, and two other men were found seriously injured. The two survivors were both airlifted to Harborview Medical Center.

"Investigators said the four men ranged in age from 21 to 26. They said the driver was likely speeding when he crossed into the opposite lanes, lost control and sent the car airborne before it struck the building."

    Another assault car tragedy:

"A deranged Pennsylvania man has admitted to plowing his car into a crowd of people, killing one and wounding 17 others, before he drove home and murdered his mother with a hammer.

"Adrian Oswaldo Sura Reyes, a 24-year-old from Nescopeck, reportedly got into an argument with his mother before hopping into a vehicle and driving to neighboring Berwick, where the mass-casualty crash occurred, according to a criminal complaint obtained by WYOU.

"Reyes told police he was just tired of fighting with his mother."

French gun control keeps gangs from arming:

    https://dailyheadlineslive.com/news...v-and-guns-controlled-fail-in-macrons-france/

"Marseille’s latest victim is a man who was shot to death by gang members using his illegally acquired Kalashnikov type rifles.

"As the victim (a 40-year old male) was walking to his bakery, the shooting happened on Sunday afternoon.

"According to witnesses, the shooting was conducted by two or three individuals armed with a Kalashnikov gun. They fled from the scene in a Peugeot Peugeot 308 car. The vehicle was found later set on fire only a few hundred meters away. Le Provence reports.

"The newspaper reports that the victim, aged 40 years old, was well-known by the police and judicial systems and had previously been involved in criminal cases. French police took over investigation of the shooting. It is believed that it was related to the settlement of scores within the Marseille criminal underworld."

    https://www.zerohedge.com/political/man-3d-prints-guns-new-york-buyback-event-makes-whopping-21000

"Another person outsmarted a state government trying to confiscate firearms via a gun buyback program with merely a 3D printer and PLA filament.

"A man named 'Kem' printed 110 firearms on a $200 printer he got for Christmas and turned them into a gun buyback program held at the Utica Police Department in Oneida County, New York.

"He drove six hours across the state to turn in the firearms he printed in August, collecting a whopping $21,000 from the New York State Attorney General's Office. "

There's been another copycat killing of children at school. This time it's Thailand. The media has already jumped on how Thailand's gun laws are insufficiently strict. Thing is though, most of the little children were slaughtered by this ex-policeman using a knife. There had been another mass killing in Thailand. That horror was committed by a soldier.

This psycho in Thailand was armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and a knife. He was a known abuser of methamphetamine and thus was thrown off the police force. Another crazy let out into the community, "Hope nothing goes wrong." Now by killing all of these innocents, the killer will get international media attention and more copycat killing-sprees will be generated.

In the following CNN story, the Born-Again "Progressive" mantra of gun control was thrown-in even though most of the children were slaughtered with a knife. So goes socialist dogma.

    https://www.cnn.com/2022/10/06/asia/thailand-mass-shooting-intl-hnk/index.html

"Thailand recoiled in horror Thursday after at least 36 people were killed, at least 24 of them children, in a massacre at a child care center in northeastern Thailand believed to be the country’s deadliest incident of its kind.

"Authorities immediately launched a manhunt for the suspected attacker, later identified by Thailand’s Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) as Panya Kamrab, a 34-year-old former policeman. According to Thai Royal Police, he was suspended from police duty earlier this year relation to drug possession charges.

"One eyewitness told Reuters she believed the attacker was coming to pick up his child. When he arrived to the center, he “didn’t say anything,” and “shot at the door while the children were sleeping,” she said.

"Most of the deaths were the result of 'stabbing wounds,' Paisan told CNN.

"A teacher also told Reuters that the attacker had mainly used a knife.

“'It all went down really fast. He was slashing the knife, he didn’t use the gun, he kept slashing in there. It’s all by a knife,' she said.

"Police General Damrongsak Kittiprapas said that the attacker 'mainly used a knife' to kill the children.

"Gun ownership in Thailand is relatively high compared with other countries in Southeast Asia.

"There were more than 10.3 million civilian owned firearms in Thailand, or around 15 guns for every 100 people, according to 2017 data from the Switzerland-based Small Arms Survey (SAS). Approximately 6.2 million of those guns are legally registered, according to SAS."

Question for our British members: Do you imagine one day it will be illegal for you to keep a pump shotgun in your own home?

"Plymouth shooting: Law proposal to ban shotguns in homes"

    https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-devon-60574477

"Proposals for a new law to ban the keeping of pump-action shotguns in homes have been discussed by MPs.

"If made law, it would prohibit the keeping of pump-action firearms in homes, with exemptions for professional pest controllers and farmers.

"The bill is due to be debated again at a later date for a second reading, subject to Parliamentary time being available.

"Mr Pollard added he 'saw no reason' anyone would need a pump-action shotgun stored in their home.

"Councillor for Devonport Bill Stevens said Mr Pollard's work to limit the use of guns has been 'essential'.

"'There's no excuse for them to be kept by ordinary people at home and the sooner we have a common sense approach, the better.

"'We all want to live safely and this step from Luke will a huge contribution to that.'"

The demand for changes to legislation in this instance was immediately thrown out of parliament because of the staggering ignorance of the MP who tabled the legislation. He singled out pump action shotguns with a maximum capacity of 3 rounds (as allowed on a shotgun certificate) He seemed oblivious to the existence of FAC semi auto shotguns with box magazines or the fact that even shotguns must be safely stored in a metal gun cabinet when not in use. It was just some city politician trying to make a name for himself off the back of a tragedy.

there is certainly no reason to keep a shotgun in a home in a place like Keyham, I know the area well, its near the Dockyard and there is no game to shoot for the pot there, its a built up area full of families, I see the need for pest controllers and farmers to have such equipment but not in the middle of a city, this was a nutter with a gun who eventually killed himself after killing 5 others.

And too, how are average folk to protect themselves from youth gangs armed with bats and knives?

Post SHTF, numerous "friendly" neighbors will be tested beyond their mental reserves and go aggressive to feed their families.

Were I a hungry aggressor without moral reasoning, I would pick people who were unarmed, elderly, weak, ... vulnerable in whatever way. Farmers here in America are armed with repeating rifles and repeating shotguns. I know that if I were to attempt to steal from them, I would be risking my life. Here, the women will shoot you if you pose a threat.

In American cities, rioters and looters pick stores that are unprotected. Stores that have armed owners standing ready are left alone. During the 1993 L.A. riots, I was so proud of the Korean merchants who shot into the roaming bands of looters.

Post SHTF here in the states, the rural farms stand to be put-upon by gangs who have pillaged their way out of the cities, through the suburbs, and on out into the countryside to steal even more food and fuel. They will have taken some losses in the suburbs from armed citizens, but out in the countryside, the locals will have formed vigilance crews. In many areas rural invaders will be surrounded and annihilated. Church groups will arm-up and go "Old Testament" on the aggressors. I know these people.

Some agricultural regions however have so few people living there that they will almost be on their own. For those folk, owning weapons with decent magazine capacities and owning lots of ammunition will be important.

Just thought of something. Post SHTF when the highways are jammed, the trucks will be able to tow/push disabled vehicles off the roads. Most American truckers are armed and one shouldn't mess with them. Truckers will help drop the population of bad guys. America's roadways are lined by farms for thousands of miles on end. I see farmers and truckers making more alliances than they already have.

Post SHTF there will be no fuel, filling stations will be empty within 24 hours of any event, any highway will be a parking lot of broken down, damaged and out of fuel vehicles, if anyone is travelling anywhere, and whether anyone would leave before the rioting in the cities began is debateable, everyone will be walking.

If things in America ever go totally to pieces there will be one good effect. The ignorant gun control yo-yos will get an education in survival of the fittest. Those that can't pull their heads out of places best unmentioned fast will not survive for long and the world will sadly be a better place for that. The ONLY thing that keeps the trash and the evil from totally taking over are the good people that are armed and willing to resist them with more than pouting. Those that are not willing to fight for their freedom don't deserve it.

If something is in great demand, exists somewhere on planet Earth, and is readily transportable, then that item WILL be available on the black market.

"Finland Says Ukraine Arms Ending Up In Hands Of Criminal Gangs"

    https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/finland-says-ukraine-arms-ending-hands-criminal-gangs

"Critics of the massive US weapons pipeline to Ukraine have long pointed out there's no accountability or appropriate tracking once those arms enter the country, presenting ripe opportunities for criminals, terrorists, or lucrative black market arms sellers to take advantage.

"So it was perhaps only a matter of time before headlines like this began showing up in international publications - 'NBI: Arms sent to Ukraine in criminal hands.' The NBI is Finland's federal National Bureau of Investigation, and the report is from Finland's national public broadcasting company Yle, and provides confirmation that arms intended for Ukrainian forces are going outside the country.

"The recovered weapons featured in the weekend national police statement include assault rifles which were meant for Ukrainian forces. Further neighboring countries have recorded instances of West-provided arms proliferating from the Ukrainian battlefield and into the hands of criminals in neighboring Sweden and Denmark as well."

    ------------------------------------------------

After the Iron Wall came down, everything/anything Soviet was on the black market, clocks to socks. Often back then, Russian soldiers were not issued socks, they were issued wool foot wraps. I remember these being for sale along with clocks made in Russia -- the clock faces had the hammer and sickle in red. All manner of battle rifles started showing-up. Very popular items that came out of the Eastern Block were handguns. Tokarevs and Makarovs were everywhere to be found. Tons of cases of 7.62x25 and 9x18 ammo hit the international market and instantly showed up here in America.

Millions have walked hundreds upon hundreds of miles to get into the U.S.. Some have died in the desert, but most survived unimaginable conditions to get here.

In the Western World, most white urbanites are marshmallow soft. But those are not who I'm talking about. Inveterate migrants are as tough as leather and they will do whatever they need to do to feed their own. Get in their way and they will beat you down and take from you whatever they wish ... Unless of course you are armed and have sufficient ammunition.

all the ILLEGAL migrants to the UK have to travel through all the European countries, if they were real refugees they would stop in the first safe country they came to- that is the rules- but NO, they keep coming until they get to France then try to come over the English Channel because they are NOT refugees they are Economic Migrants, and all the way they have been paying People Smuggling gangs to help them on their way.
the vast majority of those who make it settle in the Capital with some going to the northern cities, they are after money and a better economic life they are not fleeing war or famine, and most of them are fit young men not women and children. and they have had help to get here, and the French authorities arent much help either.
I've posted about "the horde" theory before, its one thing moving about in the good times when all the systems are in place, but post collapse would be something completely different.

I hate what is happening to England.

All of these gangs who are "groomers" of young girls should be shot dead.

I'm hoping that this invasion of England is only a trickle. Parts of the European continent are getting inundated. The Swedish people thought that they were being benevolent by letting-in these peoples en masse. Now Sweden can't control the violence that their newly-arrived "neighbors" are creating.

Some world leaders are so dumbed-down by their socialist dogma that they cannot do right by their own country:

"Macron says half the crimes in Paris are committed by foreigners"

    October 27, 2022

    https://rmx.news/france/macron-says-half-the-crimes-in-paris-are-committed-by-foreigners/

"Macron is still pushing for more mass immigration despite data showing the tremendous crime rate of foreign nationals

“'Yes, when we look at delinquency in Paris, we can see that half of the delinquent acts come from foreigners in an irregular situation or awaiting asylum approval,' said Macron.

"However, Macron also said that despite the issue with immigration and insecurity, he sees no 'existential' link between the two.

“'I will never make an existential link between immigration and insecurity,' said Macron just 10 days after the murder of 12-year-old Lola, who was raped, had her throat slashed, and was stuffed in a suitcase by an Algerian migrant who was in the country illegally.

"Macron is under severe pressure after the murder, with a number of leading opposition politicians laying the blame for the murder at his feet and pointing to his abysmal record on deportations. Macron previously promised in 2020 that he was aiming for a 100 percent deportation rate. That rate currently hovers under 6 percent, and in the case of Algerians, it is 0.2 percent.

"Despite growing anger, Macron is pushing a plan to send more migrants to the countryside, a move that is overwhelming rejected by the French public there. He also said in February of this year that migration from Africa and the Middle East 'can make France greater.'

"However, Macron’s admission that illegal migrants or migrants awaiting asylum are responsible for half the crime in Paris is supported by data. The recently retired Paris chief of police, Didier Lallement, made assertions just this month, writing in his new book that 'one out of every two crimes is committed by a foreigner, who are often in the country illegally… It is clear that some of the newcomers are integrating through delinquency.'”

I'm a lot like Lone Wolf. I'm 6'2" and average around 220 most of the time. I'm generally a peaceful sort and very few people seem to want to mess with me so I get to live in peace. I am the runt of my family. My dad and brother were 6'4"and 6' 5" but weigh around 200. Being pretty big is nice. I never was bothered much by bullies. The last time one tried me on I chased him home and threatened to kick his dads butt if he got between me and that ass he had spawned. I was 9, his son was 13 and he(the Dad) was 6'4". He called my Dad and told him he needed to come save him from getting his butt kicked. He and my Dad thought it was hysterically funny. His son NEVER messed with me again. He never messed with my friends either.

I am not big or very imposing but I am not a nice fighter. I have never started any fights but I will fight until one of us can't get up or until I have damaged my opponent to badly. To me the key to fighting is not being afraid to take a hit. Most people are afraid of being hit, so they tend to fight from a fear stand point, that always leaves an opportunity to strike. Since my parents tended to move a LOT, I was always the new kid in school. Stand up for yourself and the other kids / bullies will quickly learn to leave you alone.

I didn't get into many fights at all as a kid. It usually ended up a wrestling match on the ground to see who could pin the other guy. I punched a couple of bullies. Hit them in their eyes. They didn't fight back. My dad was the fighter, not me. As an adult, he used a black-jack. As adults, his brothers carried guns. One of these brothers shot a lot of men. Me, if it comes to a fight, I'll just shoot the guy. Got a gun in my pocket as I sit here at my desk. If I'm in the shower, I've got a gun right outside and within an easy reach. When showering, my handgun is stainless steel or nickel-plated -- don't like rusty weapons. Just always have a gun within reach. At night, we hear shootings near us -- not my problem. I've loaded a gun on a couple of occasions to shoot someone, but these situations went away / cooled off. I have zero qualms about taking life.

I think that your attitude Old Geezer is in part a reflection of your age and the time that you and I have lived through. We were at war somewhere for almost my entire life. The draft ensured that unless your family was rich it was something that you might have to face. Our parents fought in WW2, our older brothers were in Korea and then we had Vietnam. I don't ever remember a time when the thought of me killing someone was particularly troublesome.

We grew up with toy guns in our hands, running around going bang gang you’re DEAD. I had a just massive toy gun arsenal covering every thing from the old west through WW2. I had a great toy gun arsenal with a springfield bolt action rifle, Thompson Machine-gun, a pair of colt western revolvers, a large loop lever action rifle, a double barrel shotgun that shot corks, derringers... We were violent little kids!!! THEN we got BB guns and pellet rifles and started killing things!

Our grandparents fought in WW1, our parents had WW2, Older brothers were sent to Korea and then we were shipped to Vietnam. We have basically been mercenaries for others for three or four generations. Japan is the only nation that we fought that physically attacked the US physically first. Kids born after us never had to answer a question of what they were going to do when they grow up like I did when I was 12. My answer was that if I didn’t get drafted and become a soldier that I planned on trying to get a degree in engineering. I had watched three older cousins fight in Korea and Vietnam and all of our fathers had fought in WW2. Growing up I always assumed that I might end up drafted or enlisting.

Me, I grew up on the "wrong side of the tracks". It wasn't just that everybody hunted or had gone to war. There was bad blood between people. One of my great grandfathers was in a feud with his brother in law. He had to wear a hogleg when plowing (plowing with a mule, back then). My dad didn't carry but his "colleagues" did, as did his brothers. When the men of my family went out at night, they were armed. Guns were everywhere. I'd drag an 8mm Mauser out my uncle's closet when I was in grade school; I knew to drop the bolt out of it before messing with it; never touch the trigger, period.

People were shooting / getting shot in my world. A business colleague of my dad's blew a guy's head off with a high power rifle; i.e. cold blooded murder. Had friends' dads talk about shooting enemy soldiers and people who tried to steel from them. My grandfather shot a guy in his family jewels. My paternal grandmother had a revolver near-by. When we kids got to age 12/13, we outgrew our toys and model planes & ships, so we'd shoot them with our shotguns.

In this day and age, there are people living around me who really dislike white people. Made friends with a neighbor, then he threatened to beat me up; me being a white guy, he figured I was being racist about this or that. He told me that he had a gun and knew how to use it. He first went to jail for putting his wife in the hospital. He got out. Now he's pulling hard time for I don't know what. All I know is that a half-dozen cops swarmed his house searching for whatever. I've been knocked down by black folk and a year or two ago, I was confronted in a supermarket by a fellow who didn't like white folk. We hear gunfire at night. Guy got shot a half mile away.

Currently things are getting more and more violent. In my dad's day, somebody pulled a gun on you, you gave them the money and they ran. Nowadays they take the money, yet still shoot you or stab you.

I may be old and ready to die, but I'm NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY MORE VIOLENCE DIRECTED AT ME OR MY FAMILY.

After it hits the fan, I'll not have to worry about the police attempting to second-guess my actions.

Were it not for England's centralization of power, Devon seems like a most pleasant place to live.

I would wish more trees. I've "flown over" Devon on Google Earth -- most parts, I have. Wherever possible, it would be ever so good were there to be planted many more trees. My brain wiring somehow requires being surrounded by trees. Do I have to do a bunch of tree-limb cutting each year? OK, yes. Yet I must have my trees.

And, I have issues with authority ... especially when the people wielding such are intellectually and morally inferior to the task. The citizenry so RARELY needs outside anything. National defense, securing borders, infrastructure this and that, ... sure there are times when governmental agencies have their place and duties. However, in the matters of everyday life, those in government can simply go play somewhere else. Officials bent on "doing good" should instantly earn a label of being untrustworthy -- even be considered those needing psychiatric intervention. Citizens are adults and thus are more than capable of getting along on their own. It should indeed be a rare event that citizens petition a court or state's representative to aid in life's ongoing travails.

The presence anyone considering themselves in any way royal is here in the States considered to be a pestilence with which one deals harshly. Government is seen as a bitter pill taken only when some illness is going about.

oh there are plenty of trees in Devon certainly in my part of it, we walk through trees on our daily walks and there are plenty of woodlands. I love trees, its people I cant stand.
I agree about governments and daily life, the worst sentence and one I never want to hear is "I'm from the govt and I'm here to help"!! hinder more like, generally there isnt much interference in daily life from the authorities, probably because my location is so far from the centre of govt.

It is all over the news here in the USSA that a University of Virginia football player shot and killed three of his teammates.

The university had been investigating the student due to him being involved in a hazing incident, then the university discovered that he had recently been arrested for carrying a concealed weapon illegally. Students are supposed to report such arrests to the university (what a stupid thing, no person with ill intent is going to report themself). Still the university did not act. UVa goes to the greatest lengths to keep minority students ... and apparently even after they have proven themselves to be a clear and present danger. Now UVa has 3 dead students due to their inaction.

Oh, by the way, the handgun he used in the murder had to have been feloniously obtained, because a background check would have instantly have hit the concealed weapons charge. Due to this handgun shooting, Congress is ramping-up its efforts to ban semi-automatic rifles.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

OK, what if 4 white students are knifed to death? Do all of the MSM outlets rush to cover that? No. Why not? They were knifed to death. The media needs guns to be banned for their socialist utopia to be achieved.

    https://www.foxnews.com/us/universi...stabbed-death-isolated-targeted-attack-police

"The four University of Idaho students who became the targets of what police are now calling an 'isolated, targeted' attack over the weekend were apparently stabbed to death, according to authorities.

"heir deaths have been ruled homicides, and while 'no weapons have been located, based on preliminary information, investigators believe that an edged weapon such as a knife was used' in the attack, the Moscow Police Department (MPD) said in a Tuesday morning statement.

"Police do not have any suspects in custody as of Tuesday morning."

One way I know that I am living in the right place is that when I hear a gunshot I am almost certain that it is someone hunting. I was not raised in the country though I was not in a densely urban area. It took a little while for me to shift my reactions to the sound of a gunshot. I live in the “suburbs” now of a tiny metropolis of about 500 people. It is a nice compromise. For 20 years I lived in a place where I had 5 miles of mud road to get to my home. When it was dry it was dusty and when it rained you had to know what you were doing to stay on the road. I liked it a lot at the time but once my daughter moved out we decided to move to a little less isolated place. We even have a paved road now!!!

When I hear gunshots here its usually someone shooting Pheasants.
as far as anyone in an official capacity is concerned this place is "in the middle of nowhere" and we are left to our own devices.
of course that sometimes means parcels and other deliveries sometimes take a long time to get here, a recent important parcel went around the area for 3 days before it made it to our door, what was supposed to be 24 hour delivery took a week!!!

"Oregon sheriffs won't enforce new gun law: ‘Infringes on Second Amendment’"

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/oregon-sheriffs-enforce-new-gun-law-infringes-second-amendment

"'There’s just no way possible for us to enforce that and nor would I simply because it's an infringement on our Second Amendment,' says sheriff"

"Measure 114, known as the Reduction of Gun Violence Act, was approved by Oregon voters in last week's midterm election. The new law outlaws ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, and requires police to maintain an electronic, searchable database of all firearm permits, provide additional hands-on firearm training, and collect fingerprints from people before issuing permits to purchase a gun.

"However, at least five county sheriffs say they will not enforce all or parts of the law, and they are focusing their opposition on language that limits magazine capacity. They argue that the provision infringes on Second Amendment rights, ignores real problems associated with gun violence in the state and will drain already-depleted law enforcement resources.

"'The biggest thing is this does absolutely nothing to address the problem,' Sheriff Cody Bowen of Union County told Fox News Digital. 'The problem that we have is not… magazine capacity. It's not background checks. It’s a problem with mental health awareness. It's a problem with behavior health illness.'"

"Jefferson County Sheriff Jason Pollock echoed those sentiments in a Sunday letter to Jefferson County residents, saying the measure is 'pure anti-gun politics.'

"'Oregon faces a crisis in its criminal justice system because the leftists elements in Salem have refused to hold criminal accountable for their behavior,' Pollock wrote. 'Banning large capacity magazines will only turn law-abiding citizens into criminals. Assuming that restricting magazines to 10 rounds will make you safe is one of the most ignorant statements ever made.'

"'The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office will not enforce Measure 114,' Pollock added.

"As of Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2022, citizens in 29 Oregon counties have voted against Measure 114. A new rule in the state allows ballots postmarked on Election Day to be counted, even if they do not reach elections officials for several days. "

Old Gzr: The urban areas of Oregon voted for more gun laws (areas in green). Heartland Oregon voted against more gun laws (shown in the color red).

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In today's USSA, those who vote liberal (Democrat, color blue) are almost all clustered in cities. The heartland mainly votes conservative (Republican, color red):

I have posted previously that if a state wants to actually represent all the voters, not just the urban voters, then the state must mandate an electoral collage style voter process. Currently too many cities control the states.

"Emails Show CDC Removed Defensive Gun Use Stats After Gun-Control Advocates Pressured Officials in Private Meeting"

    https://thereload.com/emails-cdc-re...cates-pressured-officials-in-private-meeting/

"The Centers For Disease Control (CDC) deleted a reference to a study it commissioned after a group of gun-control advocates complained it made passing new restrictions more difficult.

"The lobbying campaign spanned months and culminated with a private meeting between CDC officials and three advocates last summer, a collection of emails obtained by The Reload show. Introductions from the White House and Senator Dick Durbin’s (D., Ill.) office helped the advocates reach top officials at the agency after their initial attempt to reach out went unanswered. The advocates focused their complaints on the CDC’s description of its review of studies that estimated defensive gun uses (DGU) happen between 60,000 and 2.5 million times per year in the United States–attacking criminologist Gary Kleck’s work establishing the top end of the range.

"Bryant, who runs the Gun Violence Archive (GVA), argued Kleck’s estimate has been damaging to the political prospects of passing new gun restrictions and should be eliminated from the CDC’s website.

"Despite initially standing behind the description in the defensive gun use section of its “fast facts” website on gun violence, the CDC backtracked after a previously-undisclosed virtual meeting with the advocates on September 15th, 2021.

“'We are planning to update the fact sheet in early 2022 after the release of some new data,' Beth Reimels, Associate Director for Policy, Partnerships, and Strategic Communication at the CDC’s Division of Violence Prevention, said in one email to the three advocates on December 10th. “We will also make some edits to the content we discussed that I think will address the concerns you and other partners have raised.”

"The CDC did not respond to a request for comment on the decision, but none of the emails the agency released related to it did not show any attempts to obtain other outside points of view either before or after the meeting with the gun-control advocates. Hannah Bristol of the White House Office of Public Engagement did not respond to a request for comment on her role in the discussions beyond what the emails reveal. Emily Hampsten, Senator Durbin’s Communications Director, told The Reload their office’s only involvement was 'simply connecting' 'stakeholder organizations' with a federal agency as part of the 'basic function of our work.'

"The decision to remove a CDC-commissioned report from the agency’s website on gun statistics at the apparent behest of gun-control advocates may further strain its relationship with Congressional overseers, especially pro-gun Republicans who are set to take control of the House next year. The relationship between the two, already frayed over the Coronavirus pandemic, could reach new lows not seen in decades. During the 1990s, Congress put restrictions on CDC funding in response to officials openly working with gun-control groups to try and ban handguns.

"Kleck, Professor Emeritus at Florida State University’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice, stood by his research. He said the CDC did not reach out to him for his perspective before making the change. He argued the removal of the reference to his estimate was “blatant censorship” and said it was evidence of the politicization of the agency.

“'CDC is just aligning itself with the gun-control advocacy groups,' Kleck told The Reload. 'It’s just saying: ‘we are their tool, and we will do their bidding.’ And that’s not what a government agency should do.'"

      https://datavisualizations.heritage.org/firearms/defensive-gun-uses-in-the-us/

"All of the law-abiding citizens featured in this database successfully defended their liberties, lives, or livelihoods with the lawful use of a firearm. These cases are not based on hearsay, but on verifiable reports found through public sources.

"According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, almost every major study on defensive gun use has found that Americans use their firearms defensively between 500,000 and 3 million times each year. There’s good reason to believe that most defensive gun uses are never reported to law enforcement, much less picked up by local or national media outlets"

"A 2016 survey of prison inmates by the Bureau of Justice Statistics found that 43% of guns used in crimes were obtained from the black market, 25% from an individual, 10% from a retail source (including 0.8% from a gun show), and 6% from theft."
    ------------------------------

Felons do NOT acquire firearms via legal means. Duh!

Gun safes are readily available. Some are fire-proof. Store your firearms and legal/important documents in fire safes. Only keep out your self-defense firearms. When leaving home, put your self-defense firearms in one of your fireproof gun safes. Keep your carry-guns on your person if you have a carry permit. Upon return to home, take from your safe night-time home defense weaponry. Don't allow society's genetic trash to steal any of your firearms. If you have a concealed-carry permit, clear your home before settling-in. Common Sense 101.

One of the problems in this country is that our laws fail to actually and effectivly address the problems. Make it simple. If a person is convicted of a crime that included violence or threat of injury they once convicted have used up ALL of their chances and if they are caught with a firearm after that they should be locked up and the key thrown away.

The way it is now in order to land in prison you either have to kill someone, break a federal law or comit three or more felonies. AND THEN in a few years they parol you out!!! Life should mean till death do you depart!!! Whn a jury in texas convicts someone and give them a death penalty what thy are actually doing is answering a series of questions. You do not vote life or death. The "terminal" question is that they believe that this person if EVER free will kill again and are never going to be safe to be allowed free. ANYTHING other than the death penalty means that in a few years they will possibly get out to do it again.

When the government frees a killer that was sentenced to life the are betraying the American people!! Twelve peole after hearing all the available acts and considdering everything decided that person should NEVER be allowed to be free to do it again. The Government should not have the right to wait a few years and then turn them out on the peope again. That honestly makes them as guilty as the criminal.

Most people don't know that life in nearly all cases, at least in Texas, does not mean until you die. It just means that you will be in prison for a long time and then if you are good and stay out of trouble will be released on parole and SORT of watched and sort of supervised for life. If you kill someone and are sentenced to life you should be freed when the victum rises from their grave and not until that happens.

I sat on a jury that gave someone a life sentence conviction. I will confess that I slept a lot better when within a few weeks of that conviction he shanked a cop in the jail and was killed. Justice ocassionally DOES rear its head!!! He wasn't a killer. He just liked to rob old people and beat them up. He got caught and convicted of it three times and went down on a habitual criminal rap.

These guys are not really deteered by prison time. Maybe castration would work better for a second offence of violent crime. I KNOW for a fact that when you cut the nuts off a bull or a boar hog they get a lot easier to deal with!!!

problem in the UK is all the prisons are full up, they are even talking about using Police Cells to house prisoners, we just dont have enough prisons for all the convicts, of course the simple answer is to build more but thats a political decision, then there are the planning laws, no one wants a prison near where they live.

Prisons are GREAT neighbors. The County that I live in has 6 or 7 of them and then more in the surounding areas. The state is the major employer in my area. Between all of the prisons and a big University that has made our area economicly more stable than most places. A resession if anything makes most of our businesses busier. Escapes just don't happen. The last time there was an escape it was like a carnival had come to town. Everybody strapped on a gun and got in on the hunt!! It was almost like opening day of deer season!!! LOl, if you went into a convienence store everone was packing a gun and spirits were high.

In Texas it is legal to wear a gun in most places. Most people don't though but it isn't all that rare to see someone in Walmart with a handgun on. The best thing about it is that we also have that big university here and it drives the liberal leaches crazy when everyone arms up.

there are 2 prisons in my county, neither of them are anywhere near me and thats the way I like them, they are both Teaching Prisons prior to the convict being released so low categories.
the last time there was an escape was when one of these prisons was a category B prison and someone did a runner over the moors, about 35 years ago that was when I was living in a miners cottage, like I say my location is very peaceful and long may it stay that way. one of the prisons is due to shut in a couple of years, they will probably convert it into luxury apartments.

Maybe soaring crime rates are a good thing.

The real people of any gone-wrong nation need to push-back, to disobey, to make life hell for those monsters in government who the sheeple voted-in. In this day and age, most voters are a joke when it comes to reasoning ability. People never vote for sacrifice anymore. They vote for the gravy-train.

The socialist plan is to burden the welfare state beyond the point of maximum elasticity, to print money until the economy collapses. This is the Cloward-Piven Strategy. Erasing borders and swamping Western nations with massive herds of dependents is also part of this strategy.

    https://www.theglobaldispatch.com/collapsing-system-on-purpose-cloward-piven-61127/

"First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and his wife Frances Fox Piven (both longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America, where Piven today is an honorary chair), the 'Cloward-Piven Strategy' seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

"In their 1966 article, Cloward and Piven charged that the ruling classes used welfare to weaken the poor; that by providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion. Poor people can advance only when 'the rest of society is afraid of them,' Cloward told The New York Times on September 27, 1970.

"Rather than placating the poor with government hand-outs, wrote Cloward and Piven, activists should work to sabotage and destroy the welfare system; the collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that would rock the nation; poor people would rise in revolt; only then would 'the rest of society' accept their demands."

    --------------------------------------------------------

Well, what if the people who rose up were the middle class?!

Currently, Americans are buying firearms hand-over-fist. Firearms training classes are packed with people seeking carry permits. The ammo being purchased is now more self-defense / military calibers. In the past, hunting ammo sales dwarfed self-defense ammo purchases -- this, especially before fall hunting seasons began.

The people are getting very angry / furious.

The biden regime refuses to stop the illegal alien tsunami.

The deep state is getting hinky and turning the FBI into a "politically-correct" enforcement agency, i.e. Goons-R-Us.

The Left is calling for the ever-increasing arming of the Ukraine, which had been before the Russian invasion a profoundly corrupt country where rich fat-cats like the biden family made vulgar fortunes to fund their own pathways to power in their own countries' governments. Note that felon George Soros is all-in on funding Ukraine.

If this Amerika goes belly-up, then it may not be the poor who raise-up, but the furious middle class. What if the suburbs are attacked by rioters and the suburbanites start killing them?! Could that happen? Used to, I wouldn't think so. But now what that which I'm seeing, I'm beginning to think that if these people realize that the police will not / can not protect them, then they are going to act on their own. Instead of "neighborhood watch programs", we might just see armed neighborhood vigilance committees.

Due to inflation, people are buying canned food / long-shelf-life food to protect themselves from weekly price hikes. Good.

When I'm in outdoor shops & gun stores, the places are packed. Was in a gun store this past week and there were five people getting background checks for their firearm purchases. And this is an "any given time" phenomenon these days.

The deep state wants semi-autos banned outright. Why, to stop the inner city wars? No. They like wars. They do not like any threat coming from those who believe in Constitutional rule.

The deep state is now acting. These folk are fomenting war. They are crashing the economy with unpayable debt levels.

Hopefully we will see more preppers. I don't care if they are anonymous, but I sure do want there to be more of them and want to see them prep properly. Again, Welcome guests! :):):):):):):)

Not only are firearms easily smuggled (witness gun-ban Sweden's ever-rising murder rate), they are easily manufactured (witness tin-hut gun manufacturing in Pakistan and the Philippines). Such guns are smuggled/sold into countries all across this planet where civilians are banned from owning firearms. Handguns are banned in Japan, but organized crime gangs in Japan have zero problems buying them -- cash and carry on the black market.

Here in America, for under $2,000, you can get started in your garage.

Numerous companies sell milling equipment and CNC software.

Here is just one company described in an online article:

"The $1,200 Machine That Lets Anyone Make a Metal Gun at Home"

    https://www.wired.com/2014/10/cody-wilson-ghost-gunner/

"When Cody Wilson revealed the world’s first fully 3-D printed gun last year, he showed that the “maker” movement has enabled anyone to create a working, lethal firearm with a click in the privacy of his or her garage. Now he’s moved on to a new form of digital DIY gunsmithing. And this time the results aren’t made of plastic.

"Wilson’s latest radically libertarian project is a PC-connected milling machine he calls the Ghost Gunner. Like any computer-numerically-controlled (or CNC) mill, the one-foot-cubed black box uses a drill bit mounted on a head that moves in three dimensions to automatically carve digitally-modeled shapes into polymer, wood or aluminum. But this CNC mill, sold by Wilson’s organization known as Defense Distributed for $1,200, is designed to create one object in particular: the component of an AR-15 rifle known as its lower receiver.

"That simple chunk of metal has become the epicenter of a gun control firestorm. A lower receiver is the body of the gun that connects its stock, barrel, magazine and other parts. As such, it's also the rifle's most regulated element. Mill your own lower receiver at home, however, and you can order the rest of the parts from online gun shops, creating a semi-automatic weapon with no serial number, obtained with no background check, no waiting period or other regulatory hurdles. Some gun control advocates call it a 'ghost gun. Selling that untraceable gun body is illegal, but no law prevents you from making one."

    -------

Old Gzr: The above article is from 2014. The company mentioned is still in business. It is stated that no law prevents you from milling receivers at home. I didn't check that out; however, I wouldn't let anyone know I did it. The BATF has a history of raiding homes, leaving thousands of dollars worth of damages, shooting dogs, kicking/breaking the legs of pets, and then bringing no charges against the person who they wished to make an example of. Don't mess with the Feds. They'll destroy you, then say, "Oh, I'm so sorry." Think you can sue them? Think again. These fellows make Mafia goons look like girl scouts. They will stomp your eyes out.

This fellow had been taking photographs in the region surrounding Area 51, even publishing them on the web. No problems. Then one day ...

    https://www.foxnews.com/media/area-...rnment-raiding-home-lost-faith-justice-system

    ----------------------------------------------

If one makes an unserialized receiver, then for it to become legal, it must then be registered with the BATF and given a serial number. One most assuredly cannot sell such a puppy = federal felony = 10 years in prison.

With that said, here is the company described in the above article:

    https://ghostgunner.net/

    "Ghost Gunner 3"

"Ghost Gunner is a general purpose CNC mill that enables a growing library of gunsmithing applications. Engrave, customize, and finish 80 percent lowers to completion.

    "One Machine, Hundreds of Uses

"The Ghost Gunner 3 is fully open, fully programmable and can mill anything you want to make.

"Cut shapes from flat metal. Engrave designs. Machine blocks into functional items. Mill circuit boards. And much more.

    "No Prior CNC Experience Required

"With simple tools and point and click software, GG3 is the perfect platform to learn and program a CNC, regardless of application.

"No prior CNC skill is required to interact with community gunsmithing files. GG3 is the most popular way of finishing unserialized rifles and pistols in the comfort and privacy of home."

Morality / immorality is a key factor in violence. Inferior "humans" are unable to control their emotions. Inferior "humans" act-out. They get the urge to go violent, but the frontal lobes of their brains are insufficiently active to stop them from acting on their urges.

"One Surprising Theory Why the Philippines Has Very Few Mass Shootings—Despite Easy Access to Lots of Guns"

    https://time.com/6186982/philippines-guns-mass-shootings/

"Mass shootings are a result of a confluence of factors, but at the heart of the problem are guns—of which the Philippines has plenty. Firearms are sold openly in malls, and almost anyone can carry them, even priests and accountants.

"No consensus has been reached in the Philippines over what sets a mass shooting apart from other gun deaths, but indiscriminate slayings are uncommon. When eight people died and 11 were injured after a drunk gunman began firing wildly in the southern province of Cavite back in 2013, the tragedy was notable for its sheer rarity.

"For now, though, powerful social factors continue to have a restraining effect on indiscriminate violence. Philippine academic Raymund Narag, a criminology associate professor at Southern Illinois University and a former prisoner himself, says mass shootings in his native country are in part deterred by hiyâ, a Tagalog word meaning shame or embarrassment. Avoidance of hiyâ, and sparing one’s family and community from it, is often described as a core Philippine value."

Yes. I like it. Cuts straight to the issue. They can't shut-down their current path of behavior.

Hand-held lights are called "flashlights" in America. In Britain, you often say "torch". If one analyses "flashlight", the flash part of the word is inaccurate. It doesn't flash; it stays on. I think the Australians have the most slang words. I have to go to some directory of Australian slang words when watching Australian or New Zealand shows. I can't endure American TV shows -- they're written so that a fourteen year old can understand it, literally, purposefully. I'm not kidding about that at all. Most American movies coming out these days are unendurable. We watch British, Aussie, and Kiwi shows and movies.

I hope I don't use too much slang when writing. In Southern Appalachia, a bag is often called a "poke". "Poke" was popular in Britain 300 years ago. American University linguists have studied the speech here. Why? They want to learn about the English language as it was spoken centuries ago in England and Scotland. "Up in the hills" of Tennessee, things change very sloooooooowwwwly.

When I'm around my own, my wife says that my Appalachian accent starts kicking back in. I can speak with an extreme accent, such that outsiders wonder what it is I'm saying. When watching a movie or TV show wherein native Scots are speaking, I can more readily understand them than other American folk.

"Michigan State Shooter Had Prior Felony Gun Charge Dismissed By Progressive Prosecutor"

    https://freebeacon.com/democrats/mi...n-charge-dismissed-by-progressive-prosecutor/

"A gunman who killed three and wounded five others at Michigan State University on Monday would have been barred from owning a firearm at the time of the shooting had he not had felony gun charges dismissed by a progressive prosecutor.

"Anthony McRae was charged in June 2019 with illegally carrying a concealed handgun without a permit, but later had those charges dismissed by the office of Ingham County prosecutor Carol Siemon (D.). Her office instead let McRae plead guilty to a lesser misdemeanor gun charge, and he served a little more than a year on probation, which ended May 2021. He initially faced up to five years in prison for the felony charge, the Detroit News reported.

"Siemon retired from the prosecutor’s office at the start of this year after facing criticism from judges and law enforcement officials for her soft-on-crime policies. The same year that McRae was released, Ingham County sheriff Scott Wriggelsworth pushed East Lansing’s city council "to reconsider her internal felony firearm charging policy," which he said "does not hold people properly criminally accountable, and increases the likelihood of additional gun violence."

"Siemon made it her office’s official policy in August 2021 to drop mandatory prison sentences for felony firearms charges. She said the sentencing enhancement led to "dramatic racial inequity" and was "not in any way linked to the goal that we share of keeping the public safe."

"Siemon is part of George Soros’s vast public safety network. She has participated in international criminal justice reform junkets with other "reform-minded" prosecutors like Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner (D.), Chicago’s Kim Foxx (D.), and Los Angeles’s George Gascón. She also backed radical San Francisco prosecutor Chesa Boudin (D.) ahead of a recall campaign that eventually ousted him from office last year."

In the USSA, young blacks are killing-off each other (this is also true in the UK). There are more black-on-white and black-on-Asian racial attacks than racial attacks on blacks. Plus there are the ongoing black-on-Jewish attacks in New York City. To deny this is to condemn the black community to self-destruction. Defunding police departments is allowing the slaughter to increase. By the way, blacks have a far lower gun-ownership rate than European-Americans. Asians are now purchasing more firearms due to the defunding of the police in Amerikan urban areas.

"U.S. gun deaths surged 35% in 2020, higher for Black people - CDC"

    https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-gun-deaths-surged-35-2020-higher-black-people-cdc-2022-05-10/

"May 10 (Reuters) - The rate of U.S. gun deaths surged 35% in 2020 to the highest point since 1994, with especially deadly levels for young Black men, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a report published on Tuesday.

"African Americans as a whole were at least four times more likely to be killed by a gun than the overall population, and 12 times more likely than a white person, the data showed.

"Among African Americans, the rate was 26.6 deaths per 100,000, a 39.5% increase over 2019. For white Americans, the rate was 2.2 per 100,000.

"By raw numbers, there were 19,350 gun homicides in 2020, with African Americans accounting for 62% of the total and white people 21%."
    --------------------------------------------------

In the USSA, suicide statistices are mixed with homicide rates. White folk have higher suicide rates than blacks. White males, especially older white males, primarily use handguns to commit suicide. This phenomenon raises the statistical numbers for "white homicides". These these weren't murders, they were suicides. And people can jump off buildings or drive into a bridge abutment if they don't have a gun. Suicidal white men drive their cars into trees and concrete walls so that there is an increased chance that their families will collect on their life insurance policies. Eating a gun results in your family NOT getting your life insurance pay-out. But, drunks don't care, I guess.

"Dad confesses to killing elderly sex offender with moose antler; says man stalked his daughter"

    https://www.theblaze.com/news/sex-offender-killed-with-moose-antler

"A Minnesota father turned himself in and confessed to fatally beating a convicted sex offender he believed had stalked his toddler daughter, the Star Tribune reported Friday.

"A blood-covered Axtell reportedly turned himself in after the encounter, telling local authorities he beat Scully with a shovel and 'finished him off' with a moose antler.

"Axtell told the court in 2018 that Scully had stalked his then 22-month-old daughter at her day care. He alleged Scully would sit in his van near the day care as the children were taken for walks. The court temporarily granted Axtell's request for an order of protection, reportedly dismissing it within several weeks.

"Scully was convicted of assaulting a 6-year-old girl in 1979 and released from prison in 1982, KNBC reported. WTIP describes Scully as a 'notorious personality' in Grand Marais who lost a race for mayor in 2014."

The number of felons in neighborhoods make these neighborhoods dangerous. A country could ban the possession of all firearms and it wouldn't make unsafe neighborhoods safe. Witness Malmo Sweden. Here are some shooting news stories from Canada.

Canada's dictator Trudeau has now gotten his edict to ban the future sales of handguns passed. This will have no effect on career felons. Without protection, women and weaker men, will be stabbed, beaten, and/or raped by the monsters left to roam the streets.

These shootings are happening in the St. James neighborhood of Winnipeg. The shooting victims in the article above are included with the body-count in the following article:

"Two killed, six injured in three shooting incidents in little more than one day"

    https://www.winnipegfreepress.com/b...to-three-shootings-two-fatal-in-just-over-day

"Eight people have been hit by gunfire — two fatally — in three Winnipeg shootings in a span of roughly 29 hours.

"At about 6 a.m. Tuesday, city police found two women with gunshot wounds in the lane behind the 400 block of Beverley Street.

"The first, whose name and age had not yet been released as police had not yet notified family, was found dead at the scene. The second was taken to hospital in unstable condition.

"The woman’s death was the seventh homicide in Winnipeg this year. As of Tuesday afternoon, no arrests had been made, police said.

"Winnipeg Police Service spokeswoman Const. Dani McKinnon said the rash of shootings is tough on police resources.

“'General patrol resources are taxed initially as first response,' she said in an email. 'Specialty units such as homicide, major crimes and the forensic identification unit take over and continue these investigations, which are lengthy and very detail oriented.' "

Firearms do not require high-tech manufacturing. All you need is a machine shop with a metal lathe and milling machine. Ammunition is made with brass stamping equipment, bullet molds, and volatile materials to make powder and primers. All of this equipment and materials is available world-wide.

Between Russia and China, at the very least 750 million (750,000,000) AK-47. The number of rounds of ammunition for the AK and for 9mm handguns is very likely over a trillion. American citizens own several billion rounds of ammo even as we speak. Over 9 billions rounds of ammo was sold in 2022.

This ammo will be safe to fire for decades into the future.

One cannot make low technology manufacturing go away. Societies however CAN get rid of their Felons and can hospitalize their violent mentally ill.
