The USSA's FBI/Stasi is out executing political directives to ensure the safety of today's socialist system.

"FBI raids home of pro-life activist behind sidewalk counseling at abortion clinics, arrests father of 7"

    https://www.bizpacreview.com/2022/0...abortion-clinics-arrests-father-of-7-1288986/

"On Friday, the Biden Department of Justice performed a SWAT raid on the home of Mark Houck, a pro-life author and father of seven who runs a nonprofit that offers sidewalk counseling outside abortion clinics in Philadelphia.

"Why did the FBI raid his home? Because last year Houck committed the alleged crime of defending him and his eldest son against a zealous pro-abortion activist.

"Now fast-forward to Friday, when, with a warrant in hand, the FBI conducted a SWAT raid of Houck’s home in front of his seven children.

“'Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschooling mother, described how the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. [Friday] morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, ‘they started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it,' according to Lifesite.'

"Before Houck opened the door, he tried to reason with the agents to calm down.

“'Please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house,' he said, according to Ryan-Marie.

"But they didn’t care, and so when Houck opened the door, they rushed inside with their guns drawn — and all in front of his children.

“'Our staircase is open, so [the kids] were all at the top of the stairs which faces the front door, and I was on the stairs as well, coming down. The kids were all just screaming. It was all just very scary and traumatic,' Ryan-Marie said to Lifesite.

    "But it gets worse.

"When Ryan-Marie asked to see their warrant, 'they said that they were going to take [Houck] whether they had a warrant or not,' she told Lifesite."

One of the big items murdering the former United States is the dumbing-down of education so that the unqualified will pass.

"At N.Y.U., Students Were Failing Organic Chemistry. Who Was to Blame?"

    https://archive.ph/y0Q1v

"Maitland Jones Jr., a respected professor, defended his standards. But students started a petition, and the university dismissed him."
    -------------------------------

Back hundreds of years ago when I was getting my degree in electronics (that degree and others were required for my last career), the curriculum failed 50% of the students in the program. That was in no way uncommon. If you couldn't cut it, then you wouldn't make it in the real world. Not good in analytic geometry and calculus -- then you couldn't make it in the Pulse and Waveshaping classes. Can't understand pulse and waveshaping -- then you aren't qualified to work in electronics.

Things are as they are ... or at least when America was America. Now we have to pretend that the unqualified are qualified, else you are an "oppressor".

" Man previously exonerated from murder conviction now a suspect in fatal shooting. DA responsible for his release says 'new arrest warrant' has 'no bearing on the overturning' of prior conviction"

    https://www.theblaze.com/news/man-p...earing-on-the-overturning-of-prior-conviction

"A man who was previously convicted of murder, and then exonerated only one year ago, is now wanted by police in connection with a recent fatal shooting.

"The Philadelphia Police Department is currently searching for Jahmir Harris, 33, who was believed to be involved in a shooting that occurred last month. Authorities are offering a substantial $20,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

"Eight years into his prison sentence, Harris' lawyers requested that Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner reexamine the case.

"Krasner found that Harris' 'constitutional rights had been violated at the time of his prosecution because information implicating another individual as the likely shooter had not been turned over to the defense council.'"

"Report finds US military is WEAK and will struggle to win a war: China is building more warships, fighter pilots don't have jets or training and army can't recruit enough soldiers"

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11329069/Report-finds-military-WEAK-struggle-win-war.html

"The reports release comes as the military 'faces a full-blown recruitment crisis,' according to Heritage - spurred by two straight years where the Biden administration submitted defense budget requests that were below the rate of inflation.

"'For the first time, The Heritage Foundation's Index of U.S. Military Strength finds that as currently postured, the U.S. military is rated 'weak' and at significant risk of not being able to meet the demands of a single major regional conflict while attending to various presence and engagement activities,' the report began.

"It added that 'the military has seen a general erosion of capacity, capability, and readiness' that 'have become so significant' that the military's ability to fulfill its primary objective is in jeopardy.

"In contrast, America's key adversaries - China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea - have all rapidly advanced their military capabilities in recent years, and have ramped up efforts to intimidate our overseas affiliates, the think tank added.

"The US has also lagged behind its increasingly powerful rivals in technologically, including its dwindling stock of long-range missiles.

"America currently possesses just 300 land based missiles, while China boasts more than 14,000, and Russian more than 12,000.

"In an explanation of the military body's poor performance in the index, Heritage cited the 'the Navy’s persistent inability to arrest and reverse the continued diminution of its fleet while adversary forces grow in number and capability.'

"In 2000, the United States boasted nearly 350 ships in their fleet, while both Russian and China had just over 400 between the two of them. Now, the US' fleet has dwindled to under 300 manned boats, while both Moscow and Beijing each possess over 700 apiece.

"Age was also an issue for the Navy, with 34 of the branch's 298 ships set to retire within the next three years.

"The Air Force, meanwhile, performed even worse, based on a criteria that analyzed the branches' capacity, capability, and readiness for war.

"With those factors in mind, Heritage offered the American Air Force a 'very weak' rating - with authors citing aging 'aircraft and very poor pilot training and retention,' in the current state of a fighting force Heritage said 'would struggle greatly against a peer competitor.'

"The agency's current state, the think tank explained, can be largely attributed to a 'shortage of pilots and flying time for those' servicemen, which in turn 'degrades the ability of the Air Force to generate the quality of combat air power that would be needed to meet wartime requirements.'"

"Poll: 47% of Hispanics Agree ‘Invasion’ Happening at Border Under Biden"

    https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2...whites-view-bidens-global-invite-as-invasion/

"Almost half of Hispanics, blacks, and Asians believe President Joe Biden’s global invite has created an 'invasion' of migrants, says a July poll by Ipsos.

"The shocking result shows the community wide breadth of public opposition in the poll, which also showed 54 percent of all Americans describe Biden’s migration as an “invasion.

"The 'invasion' view is mainstream: 58 percent of white Americans — and 40 percent of Democrats — say Biden’s global invite is an invasion, according to data released on August 19 by Ipsos.

"The question is skewed because the vast majority of the migrants are not fleeing violence — but are seeking jobs and better economic circumstances. The arrival of the unskilled, but hard w0rking migrants, is welcome by business groups because it pushes down average wages and raises average rents for Americans.

"Support for a high-wage/low-immigration economic policy is stronger among middle-class Hispanics who earned more than $50,000 a year, and among older Latinos.

"The shift of Hispanic voters towards solidarity with other Americans comes as Biden has allowed roughly 3 million foreign migrants across the southern border into U.S. workplaces, neighborhoods, and schools.

"During the same time, Biden has also invited at least 2 million legal immigrants and temporary contract workers into the U.S. economy. The huge inflow adds up to roughly one migrant for every two Americans who entered the workforce in 2021 and 2022.

"Many polls show older Latinos are increasingly willing to vote GOP in order to protect their families’ jobs and wages from the wage-cutting labor migration that is favored by the D.C. establishment.

"The increased willingness is helping to deliver more Latinos into GOP legislative districts, such as Rep. Mayra Flores (R-TX).

"Meanwhile, progressives are using their media megaphones to smear popular pushback against Biden’s wage-cutting, rent-spiking, and chaos-expanding migration.

“'People keep saying a civil war is coming — I would say a civil war is here,' MSNBC hosted Tiffany Cross claimed on August 18.

"The New York Times lamented the pro-American shift among American Latinos with its headline and subheadline on August 21:

"'How a Storied Phrase [The American Dream] Became a Partisan Battleground: A touchstone of political and social discourse, the nearly 100-year-old phrase “the American dream,” is being repurposed — critics say distorted — particularly by Republicans of color.'

"It is easier for government officials to grow the economy by immigration than to grow exports, productivity, or the birth rate.

"So the government deliberately extracts millions of migrants from poor countries and uses them as workers, renters, and consumers.

"This Extraction Migration policy skews the national economy. It shifts vast wealth from ordinary people to investors, billionaires, and Wall Street. It makes it difficult for ordinary Americans to advance in their careers, get married, raise families, or buy homes.

"Extraction Migration slows innovation and shrinks Americans’ productivity, partly because it allows employers to boost stock prices by using stoop labor and disposable workers instead of productivity-boosting technology."

A news article I ran across a few days ago , I dismissed as probably being not true was confirmed on News Max this evening and presented as being legitimate . The United States is on the verge of running out of diesel . The presented time line for D Day was 25 days . Here we are with the Mississippi River already dried up to the point " most of its length is un-navigable " and now the big rig trucks are about to run out of fuel . Besides food deliveries being no more , that means manufacturing facilities will shut down . Also consider most commercial farm equipment run on Diesel . Yep the Democrats have destroyed the United States . -- It is a good thing we are all preppers , so we can just sit back and watch the Sheeple scamper about . Fun times ahead . --- To be honest though I still find this news report as being true " suspect " . But these days I certainly can not rule out it being authentic .

"Diesel supply dwindles, with few ways to boost it. How this affects the economy and you."

    https://news.yahoo.com/diesel-supply-dwindles-few-ways-141020592.html

"Prices at the pump are in focus again, but this time, it’s the other pump – the diesel fuel pump. Diesel is the fuel trucks, trains and ships fill their tanks with to move goods closer to our homes and stores.

"While the national average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline we put in our cars has dropped about 24% from their record high in June, the price of diesel has only slipped 8%.

"Diesel prices used to be lower than gasoline, but that relationship has flipped over the years, and the spread between the two has widened and is likely to balloon this winter with diesel prices expected to surge, analysts said.

"Diesel is the main fuel used to power trucks, rails and vessels that transport all sorts of things from food to home goods to holiday gifts across the country. So, if diesel prices soar, there’s a good chance the price of all those items will, too."

"Because diesel fuel is similar to heating oil, demand’s about to rise due to home heating this winter. 'This is concerning,' said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis oil and refined products analyst at GasBuddy.com.

“'Between now and the end of November, if we don't build inventories, the wolf will be at the door,”\' Kloza said. 'And it will look like a big ugly wolf if it’s a cold winter.'

"Diesel reached a record high of $5.816 per gallon in June, according to AAA, and Kloza said prices could challenge that in coming months or go even higher if winter’s colder than expected or Europe’s energy crisis 'blows up.' [Old Gzr: poor choice of words considering the Ukraine situation.]

"It’s not just the U.S. seeing a supply crunch. The market is global, and global inventories are at the lowest since 1982 when the world had approximately 3.5 billion less people, Kloza noted.

“'There's a real threat something in the energy chain will go parabolic, and I think generally, the worry is that something that goes parabolic is diesel and heating oil,' he said, noting the time frame to watch closely is the dead of winter, from Dec. 15 to Feb. 15."
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"How The Diesel Crisis Became An Inflationary Time Bomb"

    https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-...-Crisis-Became-An-Inflationary-Time-Bomb.html

"The bottom line, as the Bloomberg energy strategist notes, is that 'the timing of today’s diesel crisis couldn’t be worse.' That's because the EU, which relies still on Russian diesel exports, will ban imports from February onward (assuming it survives the winter). Europe will be short of diesel then, and Biden needs to consider that too. Ultimately, the imminent arrival of the bone-crushing recession will rebalance the market, reducing demand, particularly as the housing market cools and construction slows down, and consumer demand for goods declines, reducing trucking needs.

"That’s a heavy price to pay to resolve the problem, but with an administration as hopelessly clueless as this one, which today blasted the following tweet to make a point yet proved just the opposite...

"It’s simple: When the cost of oil comes down, we should see the price at the pump come down as well. That’s how it should work.

"But right now, refiners and retailers are making record profits at the expense of the vast majority of Americans. It’s unacceptable. pic.twitter.com/h3xiyEYEdv"

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"U.S. Has ONLY 25 DAYS OF DIESEL SUPPLY—Shortage Could Cripple Economy"

    October 25, 2022

    https://drrichswier.com/2022/10/25/...diesel-supply-shortage-could-cripple-economy/

"Diesel fuel shortages will disrupt the entire US transportation supply chain. Not only do the trucks run on diesel but so do trains. Airports get their jet fuel by trucks. Think about that. That means gasoline, food, Thanksgiving and Christmas supplies all will get disrupted. Delivery of home fuel oil supplies by truck will be impacted. Think supply chain shortages were bad before, you ain’t see nuthin' yet. And it will hit after the election."

"If Red States Want Protection From Collapse They Will Have To Build Alternative Economies"

October 25, 2022 By Brandon Smith

    https://alt-market.us/if-red-states...hey-will-have-to-build-alternative-economies/

    Article quotes in color yellow-green:

As I have warned for years, the Fed has been staging a massive controlled demolition of the US economy. Why? Because the US economy must be diminished in order to make way for the “Great Reset,” a term created by the World Economic Forum to describe an unprecedented paradigm shift in the global economy and how it operates, and a complete upending of society. The end game is openly admitted – A one world digital currency system and one world governance controlled by a league of corporate partners working in concert with politicians.

This is not conspiracy theory, this is conspiracy reality. This is undeniable fact.

The Fed does not care about the US economy, its loyalty is to a global agenda and it takes its marching orders from a consortium of banking institutions called the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). This is how global central banking policies are coordinated to either work in harmony to create artificial stability, or to work in conflict, creating artificial crisis events.

The truth is, the foundations of global governance already exist, but what the establishment does not have is public acceptance and total submission to their authority. What the banks want is to create a crisis so profound that the masses will run to THEM, begging for help. Once a population begs their captors for relief or resolution and it is given, it’s far less likely that the people will revolt against those captors in the future.

Psychologically, the central banks and the establishment elites are trying to create a planetary Stockholm Syndrome, and we are seeing it already with the Federal Reserve being painted as the “shield” holding back the tide of economic ruin that they actually engineered.

    Currency Alternatives

States like Texas, Utah and Louisiana (currently Dem controlled) all have legislation in place to utilize gold and silver as legal tender. Such efforts need to be expanded to as many states as possible, and the list of alternatives needs to grow. Gold, silver, copper, and other commodities like oil, electricity, wheat and grains could be used to back a state recognized currency system. Is it constitutional? Not technically, but the federal government violated the constitutional money creation mandate over a century ago when they allowed the institution of the Federal Reserve. The system is already broken.

If states were to offer commodity backed currencies in parallel with the dollar, then they could actually stave off price inflation and possibly reverse it. This can’t be achieved by only one or two states, though. It would have to be organized among multiple states with multiple trade agreements in place.

    State Banks

North Dakota has its own state run bank that provides credit opportunities specifically to ND locals and ND businesses. It has operated successfully for decades. Why has no other state adopted this model? Why should we rely on banks that are all tied back to corporate conglomerates that want to destroy us? State banks are the answer to the problem of leftists and globalists using corporate banks as a weapon against conservatives and liberty activists.

    State Incentives For Industry

The vast majority of retail goods purchased by US citizens are made outside the US. It is a simple matter of profit incentives involving cheap labor overseas. But, what if there were big tax reductions for companies that manufacture in America? What if state banks offered easier credit to companies that build factories within that state’s borders and hire American workers at a reasonable wage? It can be done in the US – It’s been done in the past. If we don’t restart domestic production, our country is doomed to remain dependent on international corporations and foreign entities that do not have our best interests in mind.

The only hope any state has to weather the coming storm is to localize production and manage their resources to kick-start trade. Local production would act as a redundancy should the mainstream economy collapse (which it will). States don’t need Biden’s permission to make this happen. They don;t need the Federal Reserve’s permission either. They can and should take action now before it’s too late.

The US has a flaw in its original design. I understand why it was done the way it was. Things were different back then and things happened slower. The flaw is in the idea that a tiny little place that adds almost NOTHING to the national economy should have an equal say in how things are run. This is great for places like Rhode Island or Delaware but sucks for places like California or Texas.

If Texas was a nation it would be one of the richest nations in the world. As a state it is sort of poor and always will be that way. The federal government doesn't regulate how much a car made in Detroit can be sold for but our oil isn't worth near as much as it would be if it was from another nation.

When I was a kid there were oil rigs EVERYWHERE. My High-school had oil wells on the property so did my deer lease. These are all GONE now. It isn't that there is no more oil, it is that the Feds regulated things to the point that there was not much profit in drilling in Texas anymore.

They could move operations to the middle-east and sell the oil for what it was worth. It made the Arabs and oil company executives rich and turned places like Texas into much poorer places. The Arabs then take that money and are BUYING the US!

This is insane. When you shut down an oil well it is gone and can't generally be recovered. By allowing the rich politicians to make us dependent on Arab oil may pad their pockets but if we ever go to war again we will be in DEEEEEP crap. If the Arabs decide to cut us off we will be in trouble. They are NOT our allies.

Yes, Texas should have remained its own nation. Texans would be laughing at everybody today had their state not been absorbed into the USA. Texas and the USA would have been great partners. Currently the USSA Borg is sucking the life out of Texas.

Same thing with the European Union. They want the UK to be a part of them so as to suck the taxes out of it in their futile attempt to keep the EU ship afloat. Really, the EU should lop-off Italy, Spain, and Greece. Those three countries bankrupted themselves via socialist mandates and poor banking practices. Let them deal with the mess they themselves created. If teenagers bankrupt themselves, they need to become austere adults for a time, else they will never grow up. Parents must never bail-out their irresponsible kids. The more you support someone, the weaker they become.

Me, both my parents were dead before I got to age 23. Dad died while I was in high school. My mom died when I was finishing my master's thesis ... my wife was pregnant at that time also. As a teenager (no brothers, no sisters), there I was trying to sell-off my dad's gambling business (felonies-central). Thank God an uncle of mine set-up one of the most needed transactions. Got us by for a time, that money, paid off some debts. Dad had only a tiny amount of life insurance -- allowed me to bury him. I got to meet at least a dozen good-fellows during my teenage years. And I deeply mean that, some REALLY were good people, the best -- people who were nicer than the straight-laced holier-than-thou crew. Strict rules, OK yes, but that's life. Welcome to Earth.

I was fortunate that between my church and my Dad's lodge I had a lot of good men in my life that I wanted to emulate. I was fairly typical in my ambitions as a teenager but always kept it in control so as not to tarnish my name. That is an OLD school way of looking at things. I don't think that most kids see things like that anymore.

Every morning as I brushed out my hair there was a message on the side of the mirror that I saw. It was My Name and went like this. I got it from my father. It's what he had to give. It's mine to love and cherish for as long as I might live. I may lose the watch he gave me. It can always be replaced but a mark upon his name can never be erased.

I guess it sounds dumb these days but honor more than intelegence or strength is what defines a man and seperates him from an animal.

      Wow! Spot-on!

We've had "geniuses" in our work groups. Harvard & MIT doctorates. Literal NASA s/w coders. However, they often couldn't work effectively as a team member. Not a part of the crew? Poof, you're worthless. I remember one genius. Worked in his office ... alone ... PhD Harvard. Useless. Strange. Messed up. What good was he? Little.

I know exactly what you mean. Intelligence alone is a sad state of existence. I am fairly bright and have a sort of knack at taking tests that made me seem in testing to be smarter than I really was. I was in a lot of "special" classes and honestly a LOT of the other kids in those classes were "special" in more ways than one. Brilliant in matters of science or memory for facts but DUMBER THAN A BOX OF WET ROCKS in all things social.

They almost needed guards to keep them from getting beat up every day. It wasn't that there were a lot of bullies that they dealt with it was that they said whatever idiot thought crossed their minds. LOL, I have a cousin that was like that. He has an IQ that is out of sight. His Dad worked on the design team that got us to the moon, back and landed without burning up on reentry. The first time he met my wife was at a family gathering with 4 generations there. In the middle of a crowd of adults at 13 years old he took one look at my soon to be wife and blurted "WOW, She has huge tits!!" This was actually a fairly true statement, but not appropriate in that case. He had no filters on his mouth AT ALL!!!

Having Psychology as one of your undergrad majors does NOT make one a psychologist. It does however make one pay attention to differing personality types.

Here's my take on the genius phenom. I'm not alone in this. I think most people would agree. Genius sometimes -- oftentimes -- is a "robbing Paul to pay Peter" situation. It is as if the brain must give up the social graces area to make room for the "genius" wiring. I've met people who were smart and nice. It happens. But gosh, most "beyond brilliant" humans I've met were quirky. Many were well past "quirky" and well into the realm of "downright strange".

The movie "A Beautiful Mind" is a must-watch if one in interested in the crazy genius phenomenon. Like I tell people, I've personally known three. I was told about yet another "psycho-genius" who had worked there. So at least four people suffering from this anomaly worked in the same place (a building housing 150 engineers and technical staff).

This neuropathology I think is one permutation of the Idiot Savant spectrum.

Gentlemen....the word is "Lawful Money". The word is not Legal Tender.

Legal Tender is not the same as lawful money.

In gold and silver...also in copper pennies...you had established by the Coinage Act of April 2, 1792 a system of weights and measures in gold and silver..to the dollar weight ...and pennies to the penny weight of copper.

We know this is true because a one dollar silver coin weighed the same, in newly minted condition, as did two half dollars....that is within fixed tolerances. Same with ten dimes, four quarters and at one time weighed the same as twenty half-dimes.

Yes we had at one time a coin called a half -dime.

The point about Lawful Tender...is that it made sense if you knew...if you had ever been taught.

It was the same in gold.....10 one dollar gold pieces weighed the same as a ten dollar gold piece....and twenty weighed the same as a twenty dollar gold piece..it made sense....

Hence we had a system of just weights and measures in gold...silver and in the pennies as well.

    Now ...today.....

Now that we have educated intellectual, reasonable men running things...we now have a Susan B Anthony dollar coin in circulation which is about two thirds the size and weight of a fifty cent piece yet claims to be worth twice as much.

This tells you clearly that the copper nickel is not the money.

In the olde system the money was the silver or the gold or the copper .....clearly. A system of just weights and measures to the dollar weight.....just as outlined in the Bible....just weights and measures in your bag.

Do any of you know the name of the god of unjust weights and measures...and when did the US Government switch gods and never tell anyone they had so done...

Do you see a problem here?????

    Thinking is difficult....

Digital currency will be just as phony as what is going on right now...

Lawful Money is a very very different thing from Legal Tender.....

Be warned these Ishmaelites who would keep us into their bondage...

If you think this is just hot gas I am spouting ...I have three real silver dollars in my pocket Dated 1922....90% silver and they never need to be backed by anything......ever...

    Catching on yet????

Legal Tender is not the same as Lawful Money.

Be warned these Ishmaelites who wouldelie and deceive us about so much in our lives.

Thanx for the info! Some of this is new to me. This is very useful and interesting.

By the by, copper mining is down. So what, we now have fiber optics communication! Yes but ... silver is a byproduct of copper mining. Silver is necessary for solar panels, many electronics manufacturing applications, and medical usage.

As a prepper, my best water filtering unit is silver-lined to kill bacteria, protozoa, and some fungi . Mass filtration systems often depend on silver supplies being readily available.

"Filter's silver-impregnated ceramic element is effective against bacteria and protozoa"

    ----------------

"Efficacy of topical silver against fungal burn wound pathogens"

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10433674/

"Results: The topical antimicrobials that were tested demonstrated varying degrees of efficacy against these pathogens.

"Conclusion: The nanocrystalline silver-based dressing provided the fastest and broadest-spectrum fungicidal activity and may make it a good candidate for use to minimize the potential of fungal infection, thereby reducing complications that delay wound healing."

A SILVER dollar made out of pure silver now would be a little smaller than a dime. A twenty dollar GOLD piece would be dwarfed by a BB. The thing is that money is a representation of value and not really value. If it was of real value the value would change and float daily depending in current metal prices. I remember when a paper dollar bill was a silver certificate redeemable in silver on demand.

In order for money to be stable the GOVERNMENT set the price for gold and silver and limited the possession of gold. Have you ever heard someone refered to as a chiseler? It was synonymous with thief. The name came from the illegal practice of chiseling a little of the silver off of the coins. They would then sell the chiseled silver for more than the value of the coin. That is why silver coins have a rough ridged edge while nickels and pennys are smooth. That way you could tell if a coin had been chiseled.

Money now has no REAL value other than the BELIEF that other people will accept it as payment for debts public or private.

A silver dollar is not a silver dollar per se...it is a dollar weight of silver. 419 to 421 grains of 90 percent silver....10 percent alloy
A half dollar would be half that amount...a quarter dollar....one quarter that much etc etc etc.

The main point here is that the value is fixed by the coinage acts. The money is the silver...not the coin per se...but the metal in the coin.

In the law books...copper nickel coinage is "token" coinage...not money at law...and so reads in the books as "Token" coinage.

Yes...I am familiar with the concept of shaving the coins and the purpose of the reeded edges on todays coins.

What they have done today is keep the reeded edges and totally removed the precious metal from the coin...so that it only looks like it used to look...

This is today a con job because all the precious metal has been removed from our coinage including the copper in the pennies after 1982. If you take a knife and scrape a post 1982 penny you will see inside a zinc slug.

Money today has no real value because the value has long ago been removed from it.

The dream of the money changers has, for centuries, been to remove the value from the coinage...and at the same time getting people to work full value for the valueless coinage and or paper money.

This has now been achieved by removing the "Will Pay To The Bearer On Demand" from the notes and minting copper nickel token coins in lieu of Silver and Gold and now even the pennies.

It is now so bad that our government is counterfeiting the pennies.. and few people even know this history...not a accident.

How much gold backing is in storage means nothing...because they never intend to redeem the notes or the coins.

All of the world is on this phony money system and waxing worse and worse....causing world wide inflation and with this destruction. ...chaos.

A hard gold, silver, copper money system puts power back in the hands of the people who sweat and labor for it and at the same time ...puts limits on government excesses in spending.

The key operative word here is "Fixed" not variable as is so currently in interest rates.

We are on an unfixed system based on interest rates...not fixed as in the price of gold and or silver..and or copper.

IN order for the money to become stable...the government needs to balance their budget...the very thing you do not hear about today in lieu of rabid runaway government deficits. Hardly mentioned today....we are never to notice this...but go along with ESPN and or the Kardashians or whatever pabulum they are feeding us today...to keep us distracted.

A fiscally responsible/accountable government means a free people...a limited government.

What we have going on today is a fiscally unlimited/unaccountable government and an accountable people....the very opposite of what was intended by the framer.

"Bind our government with the chains of the Constitution" When government is fiscally unbound...they are not limited...but will work hard to limit the people and we see that taking place more and more every year.

I do not put much stock in this predicted red wave......and believe the Republicans will do little to change things when they get into office...and will become themselves ...fiscally un accountable.....

    BE warned these Ishsmaelites...

"Venezuelans Break Off Flakes of Gold to Pay for Meals, Haircuts"

    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...-off-flakes-of-gold-to-pay-for-meals-haircuts

"To fathom the magnitude of Venezuela’s financial collapse, travel southeast from Caracas, past the oil fields and over the Orinoco River, and head deep into the savanna that blankets one of the remotest corners of the country.

"There, in the barber shops and restaurants and hotels that constitute the main strip of one dusty little outpost after another, you’ll find prices displayed in grams of gold.

"A one-night stay at a hotel? That’ll be half a gram. Lunch for two at a Chinese restaurant? A quarter of a gram. A haircut? An eighth of a gram, please. Jorge Pena, 20, figured that eighth came to three small flakes -- the equivalent of $5. After getting a trim one recent weekday in the town of Tumeremo, he handed them over to his barber, who, satisfied with Pena’s calculation, quickly pocketed them. “You can pay for everything with gold,” Pena says.

"In the high-tech global economy of the 21st century, where tap-and-go transactions are the rage, this is about as low tech as it gets.

"Most of the world moved on from gold as a medium of exchange over a century ago. Its resurfacing in Venezuela today is the most extreme manifestation of the repudiation of the local currency, the bolivar, that has swept the country. After years of meddling in the economy by Nicolas Maduro’s socialist regime, the bolivar has been rendered almost worthless by hyperinflation. (Maduro just lopped another six zeroes off it this month.) "

    ------------------------------------------------------------

"A single ounce of gold can now buy a house in Venezuela because of hyperinflation"

    https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/single-ounce-gold-can-now-buy-house-venezuela-because-weissmann

    ...

"Yet something interesting is occurring in Venezuela at ground level outside the rise of black markets and government alternative price controls. And that is that physical gold and silver are both superseding the soaring price inflation tied to paper currencies, and according to a missionary who lives and works in Venezuela, a single ounce of silver can buy enough food for a family to last three months, and an ounce of gold can buy you a house."
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just read that silver mining production is recovering here in 2022. The percentage of silver within the ore available is dropping; however, even despite this, silver extraction is up. The industrial demand for silver has had a lot to do with motivating the mining of silver.

London has over 60 billion U.S. dollars worth of silver in storage. This store is to cover "paper silver", i.e. silver investments in the market. Marketers have oversold paper silver relative to that which can back it up. Lesson = never buy paper silver.

Silver trading/bartering ability during economic depressions requires that the silver be proven true that it is what it is. Bullion blocks of silver won't be taken during any panic. Old struck currency silver coins are what they are. They are difficult if not impossible to counterfeit.

Currently in Venezuela, vendors are taking gold shavings for trade. Vendors have scales to determine the precise weight of the gold. This is the problem with gold, it is worth too much per size/weight. Not true of silver during hard times. Of course, during a full-blown Mad-Max collapse of civilization, it will be beans and bullets.

Trying to get away from that 25 day until we run out of diesel thing , found one prediction giving a more solid timeline " around November 24th " Thanksgiving day . Being optimistic and all , can you imagine what it will be like come December when the city folks store shelves sit bare and likely the doors to the stores locked . Starvation , panic and rioting will be for the prepared to watch and perhaps have to defend their resources . As I have said many times on this forum " if you aren't preparing for anything no worse than a cat 5 hurricane , then you haven't prepared enough " . This will not turn around and get better until the U.S. regains saine and patriotic leadership in the White House and that will be at least 2 years away .

if the British weather is like the last couple of winters it will be fairly mild, I hardly used any deicer on the car last winter and only wore my "big coat"( lined combat jacket) for all of 2 days.

The diesel shortage is worse here in the South. The rural people here have pantries and food put back. We'll see how bad things get up North. If the urban areas of New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut get a nasty winter and the fuel/food situation goes bad along with all that bad Karma, then they are going to be in for a rather dramatic reality check. In the South we have some urban areas wherein Yankee city transplants have gathered along with their urban mindsets. If they can't handle bad times, then "Too bad, so sad," as goes a common phrase in my wife's family.

My Family motto is "Life's a beach and then you die." more or less.

A lot of the country people like me can always go to rice and beans. You can buy them dry in big bags and they keep good for years. Add a little meat of whatever you have or even an egg or two and you have a meal that will feed a family. We also usually have corn bread with it. This is a pretty common meal in my house.

Here in the States there's a TV show called "The View". It is hosted by a panel of women.

"Sunny Hostin compares Republican women to cockroaches voting for insecticide, outraging her 'View' co-host"

    https://www.foxnews.com/media/sunny...hes-voting-insecticide-outraging-view-co-host

    -------------------

In the USSA, if you are a female conservative, or heaven forbid!, a black conservative you'll take constant abuse. If you are a conservative student on a university campus, you can get physically injured. The Left hates those who step out of line.

    ----------------------------------

Background: Matt Walsh is a conservative political commentator. If you look him up on Wikipedia you will find that on that liberal-biased source he is put down. The media here in the USSA is owned by the internationalists. This is what happens if a conservative attempts to speak at a University where "differing opinions are welcome".

"Injured student assaulted during Matt Walsh event"

    https://campusreform.org/article?id=20484

"Whitten, a Campus Reform correspondent, attempts to move through the crowd to make his way to the event hall but was immediately surrounded by a host of protesters chanting “F**k Matt Walsh!, video obtained by Campus Reform shows.

“'My left hand has a broken finger [and a splint] on it which has been recovering and protesters intentionally targeted and hit my left hand knowing that it is injured,' Whitten said after the incident.

"Another video after the initial attack shows the protester surrounding Whitten and a different unidentified male pushes against him yelling, 'I’m going to break the other m*therf**king arm!'

"Whitten asks if the student is threatening him to which the man replies, 'Yes, I did. I don’t give no f**ks! I will beat the f**k out of you!'

"Whitten told Campus Reform he felt the protest had gotten out of hand because the university police and the administration did not take action to prevent it.

“'The University Police refused to take any action to stop these protesters and wouldn't call in hardly any more police officers leaving conservative students in danger and afraid of getting hurt,' Whitten said. "

    ---------------------------------------------------

"I was literally attacked for holding a conservative political event on my campus"

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...g-a-conservative-political-event-on-my-campus

"The event was hosted by my student organization, the Young Conservatives of Texas at the University of North Texas. We were hosting Jeff Younger, a local candidate who would be speaking about criminalizing child gender transitions and his personal experience with this topic regarding his son. It quickly became clear that a police presence would be needed at the event to ensure safety despite the topic being one of mainstream conservative discussion.

"The sheer amount of police at the event was alarming considering we were just trying to have a meeting! There were police on roofs of nearby buildings, officers in riot gear, Texas Rangers, and more. The meeting room had about 60 protesters inside, with perhaps 200 others outside the building waiting for us to leave.

"As the event began, protesters inside the room immediately started screaming and banging on tables. Their intent was clear: They were determined to prevent our presentation from being heard. The protesters were spitting on anyone who "misgendered" them, standing on tables and shrieking, and running around the front of the room so as to get in our faces. The behavior was shocking. We initially tried to mollify the protesters by telling them there would be time at the end for them to ask questions and discuss, but they didn’t care.

"Police ended up evacuating Younger and me due to the number of protesters gathering outside. As we exited the building, people threw signs in my face to cut me off from the police escorting me to the car. I ended up stuck outside with this mob of people swarming around me, chanting 'F*** Kelly.' Officers ended up putting me in a janitor’s closet in a nearby building, which protesters then breached. We turned the light off in the closet, and we heard the protesters running and screaming in the hallway — they even shook the handle of the closet we were in. Soon, more officers showed up to get me out of the building and into a car. I was genuinely scared for my life as we stood in that janitor’s closet with the light off.

"What to make of all this?

"The phrase 'tolerant Left' has become an oxymoron, and the 'Left' itself has become synonymous with hatred and, at its worst excesses, violence. There is nothing tolerant about causing students to fear for their lives simply because they won't bow to the left-wing orthodoxy."

Though not the biggest problem the United States now faces , is still a problem . Last night my phone rang and I was informed of a electrical power line company that is now cutting back hours for its employees . The reason is , they can not get adequate material to work with for power line construction and maintenance . A few months ago I reported to you guys about another power line company that was laying off employees due to they could not get adequate material to work with for power line construction and maintenance . This is national not localized . -- Under the United States's present leadership the country is descending into a 3rd world existence .

There was a transformer shortage. Then Florida got its grid slammed by this year's hurricane. Man-oh-man, the transformer issue must now be critical.

Hurricane crushes Florida then up the Southeast coast power grids -- now here comes winter ... Uh oh!!!!!!!!

"America’s electric utilities facing transformer shortage crisis"

    https://thehill.com/opinion/energy-...utilities-facing-transformer-shortage-crisis/

"Many Floridians are still recovering from the devastating impacts of Hurricane Ian, one of the most severe hurricanes to hit the United States in recorded history. The people of southwest Florida bore the brunt of the Category 4 Hurricane, which caused at least 137 fatalities and catastrophic damages estimated at over $50 billion.

"We all appreciate the efforts of electric utility workers from across the country who restored power in Florida in record time for a hurricane of this magnitude. The storm, together with a critical supply chain shortage, has depleted the equipment reserves of many utilities that lack adequate distribution transformers and other necessary grid equipment. It is unclear if we have the transformers to rebuild after another significant weather event this year — a situation that is untenable for a country that requires electricity for everything we do.

"... Such networks and planning mean that crews of highly skilled utility workers stage themselves in advance of storms and often travel hundreds of miles to help restore power.

"... We ramped up mutual aid activities by facilitating material sharing between utilities, leveraging APPA’s existing sharing platforms to do so. Individual public power utilities have also gotten creative by reusing, refurbishing, and delaying the deployment of equipment to protect supplies. But these efforts can only shift around or extend what is already available to us in stock and do not address the real need for more supply to meet the demand."

    ----------------------------------------------------

"How a Transformer Shortage Threatens the Grid"

    https://www.sej.org/headlines/how-transformer-shortage-threatens-grid

factory here, ready to push power across transmission lines as an indispensable part of the nation’s electric grid.

"The Virginia Transformer Corp. will ship 550 of these transformers this year and expects to produce 665 next year from its plant here and three other North American facilities. But it is one of only eight companies in the United States able to manufacture the nation’s largest transformers — and deliveries have fallen way behind schedule amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

"Indeed, the United States is undergoing a shortage of a range of transformers — spanning smaller, pole-top units on city streets to Virginia Transformer’s massive units — for reasons that vary depending on the equipment. That means utilities could struggle to add enough new wind and solar generation to meet the country’s net-zero goals and to keep the lights on when storms damage their depleted transformer stockpiles."
    -----------------------------------

I just read that the transformer manufacturing industry is booming in the US and Western Europe. No joke! They better start building them. Any short-term investors? Buy stock in these companies.

What a shame. England has great engineering and high-tech manufacturing. One electronics/software firm for which I worked was owned by a British concern. One senior executive, or THE senior executive, had the title of "Lord". Having the title "Lord" doesn't fly on this side of the pond. Arrogance can get you severely injured.

    Election day tampering

"L.A. Residents Told to Stay Home Due to Rain — with 4 Hours Left to Vote"

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/...y-home-due-to-rain-with-4-hours-left-to-vote/

"Though Los Angeles was not the only part of the state to experience severe weather warnings, skeptics wondered whether there might be a link between an alert telling people to stay home due to a “dangerous and life-threatening” situation, and the election.

"Los Angeles is facing several closely-contested races for local office, including the race for mayor, which is neck-and-neck between Democratic Party favorite Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA) and insurgent billionaire outsider Rick Caruso (D), a former Republican. Though most voters in California cast ballots by mail, conservative voters are thought to prefer voting on Election Day. Voters had to brave the elements at times to make it to polling places."
    -------------------------------------------------------------

"Voters told voting machines aren’t working in Maricopa County AZ "

    https://americanmilitarynews.com/20...machines-arent-working-in-maricopa-county-az/

"A video out of Maricopa County, Arizona on Tuesday showed a man who appeared to be a county election worker advising dozens of voters waiting in line that their vote tabulation machines are not working.

“'We have two tabulators,' the apparent poll worker said in the video. 'One of the tabulators is not working, okay. The other tabulator is taking about 75 percent successful, so 25 percent of them are being misread. And it could be a printer issue or it could be the tabulator itself.'

"The apparent poll worker then said voters waiting in line have the option to either put their ballots into 'what’s called Box 3, and it gets read whether it goes downtown and gets read manually or whether it gets re-fed into our tabulator. They will get read.'

"As the poll worker talked, a man in the background could be heard saying, 'we don’t want to adjudicate, no.'

"The poll worker then said, while laughing, that 'no one is trying to deceive anybody.'

“'Of course not, not on election day,' a man in the background said. 'That would never happen.'

"A woman standing in line then asks, if she completes her ballot and the tabulation machine doesn’t work, if she can take her completed ballot to another location to have it counted. The poll worker responded that voters “cannot leave the premises with the ballot.”

“'I don’t trust it to go in a box,” the woman replied. 'The box may never be counted. This happens all the time.'”

"Report Shows Voting Machines Susceptible To Hacking"

    https://deepstatetribunal.com/report-shows-voting-machines-susceptible-to-hacking/

"A report published this week by Politico finds that voting machines being used in several key swing states can in fact be hacked by entities with bad intentions. The author of the article goes on to conclude that he believes that future hacking would not 'corrupt' the outcome of American elections.

"The report was produced by cybersecurity reporter Eric Geller, who says he covers the 'cyber defense' efforts of the federal government. The piece found that voting machines that are connected to modems that communicate with cellular services are susceptible to targeting by hackers. Those machines are vulnerable to entities working to 'sow doubt about vote tallies in the November midterms.'”

Yesterday one of my sons was digging out our spring , It has been neglected over the last year or so . Through trying a ram pump in the spring to a water wheel in a creek to generate electricity to a solar motor pump for pumping water have been tried in the past . He is going to a solar powered water pump again and pump it into a holding tank and then into a pressurized regular well pump and tank and for its last leg into his house . The entire system will run on solar . --- Old Geezers above post may work great or may not , but keep in mind of the very strong currents coming down streams during a flash flood . That is what tore our water wheel up .

If one can, the thing to do is to tap the creek at higher elevation and run the water down piping (maybe PVC piping) or build a wooden sluice to do so. Moonshiners in the hills where I'm from built V-shaped sluices instead of rectangular.

I searched the web this way and that, but was not able to find an image of a moonshiner's sluice -- not one. That's strange. Some are complex because you have to zig-zag down to your still site. Moonshiners have their favorite wood for building these. I've heard the names of the best wood trees; I sure don't remember.

In mountainous areas tapping a creek at higher altitude is easy because of the steep slopes. You can put some wide boards or a log in the creek flow to create a mini-dam. If that gets washed away, so what! Reconstruction is maybe only 2 hours of work. Ones piping or sluice run is beside the creek, not in it.

Up in the mountains, during the spring snow melts coupled with heavy rains, creeks turn into rivers. Thus one doesn't put ANYTHING of value in a "little" creek.

The Doe "river" up in the small town of Roan Mountain, is a small/tiny river. One can wade across it. Ten / fifteen feet wide. The shallows are a place for kids to play -- our kids did. The Roan Mountain Tennessee flood of 1998, concrete bridges were washed away. A woman with whom my wife worked had 2-ton boulders scooted on her property as if they were little pebbles. Later generations ignored their elders' warnings about floods and people even put trailer parks near that "little" river. The '98 flood ate 200 mobile homes and killed seven people.

We were friends with people up in there. My mom was raised in a N.Carolina holler just across the state line from this Tenn area. There were only cabins and one church in my mom's home holler. Nobody builds near creeks. Roads running too-close along-side of creeks get washed-out.

Here's a rectangular sluice feeding a water wheel.

Democrat Socialists keeping The Fix in place here in the USSA:

"America’s Electoral System Is Suffering From A Credibility Crisis"

    https://dailycaller.com/2022/11/13/...is-suffering-from-a-credibility-crisis-snead/

"Defying all predictions of a photo finish senate race, Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman won 50.3% of the vote to Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz’s 47.3%. The unexpectedly large margin helped avoid a midterm meltdown. But don’t be deceived; that margin masks major electoral system dysfunction that remains unaddressed.

"If the margins had been narrower, things might have looked very different. Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf last year vetoed a commonsense measure that would have modernized Pennsylvania’s Depression-era voting laws. As a result, the Commonwealth is saddled with a ponderous mail voting system bolted onto a rickety election code that forbids routine practices like voter ID and pre-processing mail ballots. Those policies secure elections and speed tabulations, but were vetoed by Wolf last year."

Store looting (during "good times") is now to the point that it is threatening retailers' existence, especially those who were not doing well to begin with.

"'Organized Crime' Looters Steal Astounding $400 Million In Goods From Target Stores"

    https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/t...lion-losses-organized-crime-gangs-loot-stores

"Target is battling what's being called an organized retail crime wave, resulting in a massive hit on profits this year. The company has employed theft-deterrent merchandising strategies, but still, that's not enough to stop criminals from running off with everything on the shelves.

"Organized retail crime has increased under the Biden administration while progressive-run cities implement social justice reform. Criminals are taking advantage of relaxed penalties for shoplifting, fueling a nationwide crime wave.

"Shoplifting is a behavior not just in response to backfiring social justice reforms but also has its roots deep in poverty as high inflation crushes millions of Americans into poverty. Wage growth has been negative for 19 consecutive months, while food, energy, and shelter prices remain elevated. Working poor have drained personal savings and racked up insurmountable credit card debt to buy essential items, while some folks have resorted to stealing to survive.

"Target blamed most of the thefts on organized crime gangs.

"The thefts are so bad at the Target in Minneapolis downtown that everyday toiletries are locked behind shatterproof glass cabinets. "

This is what is sitting to the south of us here in the former USA. This is what is increasingly heading north into our country.

"Illinois man robbed two banks while on court-supervised release for two other bank heists"

    https://www.foxnews.com/us/illinois-man-robbed-banks-court-supervised-release-heists

"An Illinois man was found guilty last week of robbing two banks last year, heists that were committed while he was on supervised release for committing two other bank robberies, authorities said.

"Demontrion Deshan Phillips, 28, stole $5,930 during an April 27, 2021, from the Midland States Bank in Rockford, and another $4,408 in a robbery of Midland States Bank in Belvidere weeks later, the Justice Department said Tuesday.

"In the Belvidere robbery, he threatened a teller by saying, "Don’t make me come over the counter," after he wasn't given as much money as he demanded, prosecutors said.

"Three days after that heist, law enforcement searched his Rockford home and found $5,090 in cash hidden in a sock.

"The cash included numerous bills identified by serial numbers as having been stolen from the banks during the two heists, authorities said.

"The robberies were committed while Phillips was on court-supervised release following a federal conviction for two 2017 bank robberies in Rockford. "
