California dam now deemed high-risk.

Note article's "flood-risk awareness" and "emergency preparedness".

Now that is rich. The only tool that will do them any good is an Early Warning Defense Alert, so they can get the Hell out of Dodge before the dam breaks. The Johnstown,PA flood is a distant memory. Nobody left to ask what tools would have helped them. Look it up. Still one of the worst disasters in American history.

Fix or improve the thing, so it doesn't fail. That is the only thing that will save those people.

Kinda disappointing. There are only 315,000 people living below the dam. I wonder if we could get more California crazies to move into that area.
