Liked the reference to watching Shaun the Sheep to alleviate stress.

A friend of mine watched it every day. Even when invited for a barbecue everything would stop for 10 minutes. I thought it was quite bizarre.

Loneliness seems to be a problem for lots of people during this pandemic, a lot of tv programmes have talked about people climbing the walls, a society like ours is not used to being alone for long periods, well some of them aren't anyway!, and it does their heads in.

this period of lockdown in the UK has only been for 10 weeks and we are slowly coming out of it now, if people cant manage a mere 10 weeks of isolation how will they manage post TEOTWAWKI when they might not see anyone for months, years even?

I get stress a LOT during this time of great plague. It is not due to the loneliness, although I'm still under depression since over a year ago. Anyway, my primary cause of stress is because I have near zero tolerance to incompetence, stupidity, lack of common sense. When someone on the job (whatever it is), I expect them to be well versed in whatever it is they were doing, unfortunately that weren't the case nowadays. The need for more economical manpower has outweighs the need to sufficiently training the said manpower.

My personal practice in interacting with others has always to maintain politeness & civility whenever I'm under some degree of anonymity / pseudonym, because I strongly despise cowardice and such. However when I'm using my full credential or face-to-face, eyes-to-eyes I can go over board with whatever insult, profanity, or other actions within the legal limit whenever I need to deal with incompetence. In fact some of my former staffs (in civi job) even end up crying after taking my temper tantrum.

Sorry for the ranting, but I've just unleash another temper tantrum before writing this post toward the so called customer service albeit on the phone, which just adding another stress due to unresolved issue.

    Good morning Varuna,

You are fortunate to be living in a nation with substantial use of merit.

Here in the US, it is the opposite. In the US, the term "well versed" is not found too much in the public sector and the business-customer interface sections. Trump is trying to change this and the resistance is severe - to include the use of large scale violence. Review the riots. Before this Minneapolis event, there was Detroit, Chicago (remember West Garfield Part ? It's still dangerous and not because of snakes), Baltimore, large areas of New York City, ... running out of cyber space.

It's less about use of unskilled labor to readily meet the labor force requirements. China, after all, keep ~ 1 billion of it's population manually working the farms to keep them away from business interface jobs. If they wanted China could mechanize their farmlands.

I, too, recently had a customer service problem. My evaluation for a plan of action required me to absorb the loss. My priority is to avoid any adverse action I could experience such as a heart attack, during this time of extreme political stress.

    Good morning Overwatch,

Here, my Prep Group is different; 1 retired DDS, 1 MD although not admitted to practice in VA. The rest of us have related health experience.

    Diet governed by specifics.

We're as advanced-level as we can get.

Let's say you want to stress or simply get angry, I have the potion:
      https://www.zerohedge.com/geopoliti...nse-standoff-manhattan-bridge-diffused-during

VA Gov Blackface is gonna haul-down the statue of Robert E. Lee.

As a side-note, my Southern Republican kin went to fight for Lincoln to wipe-out slavery. My region in the South had to be occupied by Confederate troops to keep us from sabotaging the railroads and killing Democrat slave owners. Southern elitists brought African slaves to America. Common white men (to include us Hillbillies) fought to free them. (We Hillbillies have always been deadly with our rifles. Rednecks are simply large targets for Hillbillies. Cross us, nobody is ever going to find your body.)

IF only things were that Black or White that would make a lot of things much easier. Unfortunately when someone stupidity involve our well being we will be forced to intervene. For example I personally doesn't get triggered when my subordinate pushing the wrong paperwork or doing it incorrectly, however when its involve any aspect of either Security or Safety it will guarantee to trigger my temper tantrum.

I only get involved if it affects me or mine's health or well being, if it dosent affect us then I ignore them.

Interesting analogy. So have you ever seen what happens to a city boy raised on carbs when you send them up north to work on the tar fields in winter. In 3 days it looks like a case of Drug withdrawal. I seen doctors miss the signs of hypothermia because they spent too much time in a clinic. I respect your knowledge, I respect your years. I respect the piece of paper on your wall. You treat people... I keep them alive. Small point I get people adjusted to were they will be living before they live there so they dont spend a few days leaning over a toilet, Or having extreme gas. Oh and its all great until you dont have a drug store of pharmacy for 12 hrs by truck or 3 hours by plane. Point.. your in Colombia and you have to wait for 3 days before you get picked up. How can you prevent from getting hep C in the rainy season? I agree Specifics. In nature ask natives how many carb plants they eat. WESTERN DIETS ARE NOT HEALTHY. Take a look a teeth studies done on African before and after they come to the USA. PLEASE stay in the city Please. What you think you know will hurt you. If THE FDA doesnt kill you first. Forgive me if im a bit touchy on the matter I have lost 3 family members to MD's .It was a dietitian threat shut down my kidneys and gave me high blood pressure. It was a natural path that saved me. i dont have pills any more. I dont have diabetes any more, I dont have stones any more and I dont have high blood pressure. With the greatest amount or respect you your years of learning... No thanks.

    Good morning Overwatch,

Nowadays, since the loss of George Orwell in 1950, the adjective "real" is a required word for the labor categories.

Real health care professionals teach patients about cold, diets, immunizations, inoculations, mental health maintenance.

Our Prep Gp uses advanced-level models to study and implement.

Specific diet must be tailored to the individual. We have these arrangements as part of our routine discussion sessions.

You're not really discussing - Western diets - and - MDs -; just spin-off versions of the topics. My Group doesn't experience Beri Beri due to Western research and requirements.
