3 Calif Counties Not Prepared

    Good afternoon all,

    Above tells of 3 California counties neglectful of addressing their vulnerable residents from natural disasters.

    The other counties of the state are OK ?!

    What language barriers could there be ?

    Emergency call centers even have area lists of volunteer foreign language speakers. California's problem is their political leaders; not English-speaking /Spanish-speaking folks. Even the restaurant staffs here in Virginia can handle this stuff..
