    Seems like a lot of finger pointing. Public points the finger at the Police. Police point the finger at the Politicians. Politicians point the finger at the Police Unions. Lots of rhetoric. Lots bloviating from all sides. Steal more money from the taxpayer for useless programs. Nothing gets done. Nothing changes much.
