    Good morning all,

    I'm placing this article here at urban section but lessons learned presented in article applicable to stadium located in non-urban areas also.

    Article about the UK's 1989 tragedy.

    Note the initial "fact": more than 50,000 at stadium.

    Note "poor communication", "in charge" / "unfamiliar with the venue".

    My prepper philosophy is to avoid crowded and congested areas to the max. This philo is also applicable to traffic congestion.
