    Good morning all,

    The first 2 paragraphs explain.

    Some already knew that NYC was not a premier medical capital. Anyone seeing the bags of garbage outside the 5 star restaurants knew the rats were not waiting for Happy Hour.

    Some businesses, especially the Wall Street finance houses, have relocation sites a little away from NYC. They have well stocked, well staffed medical clinics with max hygiene practice.

    Dr Redlener, Isn't it good for more immediate problems taking precedence ?
