From what I gleaned from the ruling is that the courts opened up and approved Trump's right to use military funding to replace existing wall. I didn't read anywhere that they approved new construction.
Now it may be possible that this ruling does open up the administration to building new wall as a security measure but I haven't read that anywhere.

Now, I have to say why is it that any ruling from the Supreme court would break along ideological lines. Aren't their rulings supposed to be about honest interpretation of what the laws say rather than their political beliefs on what should be? I think if they were really interpreting the laws honestly there would be less division and /or different interpretations regardless of the political sides such as Sotomeyer or Ginzberg siding with the conservative judges more often or even the conservative judges siding with the liberal judges. Something needs to be done to address the political leanings of the Supreme Court members. This problem and yes I think it is a problem has never been addressed in out histor other than the option to remove a judge by the use of Impeachment.

The only judge to ever be removed by this means was Associate Justice Samuel Chase and it was politically motivated for acting in a partizan manner.

Speaking of Australia, I'm curious if at some point in the future the entirety of the documentation on the FISA warrants will be declassified. At one point Donald Trump ordered it declassified and backed up on it because some of our allies pleaded with him to not release those documents. Now one has to ask why would any of our allies be concerned about FISA court documents being released? They should have nothing to do with any foreign country correct? The rumor is that it was Australia, the UK and possibly New Zealand who asked for them to not be released because they were part of the spying network that was utilized illegally via the Five Eyes system to spy on Donald Trump's campaign. If you are not aware of what the Five eye system is some research may be in order. In a nutshell the Five Eyes system allows other foreign countries to spy on citizens of a free country when it may be illegal for a particular country to spy on their own citizens.

Now for these countries to do this they are supposed to document what they are doing and have some types of explicit permission to do so. Rumor is that other countries were utilized to spy on then candidate Trump's campaign and the documentation for legal permission was bypassed.

If at some point this all comes out and is found to be true there should be worldwide repercussions.

Registration of firearms laws in the US are illegal laws.

From the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States:

Much of America's "race issue" is really a disguised class issue; lower to lowest socio-economic class. A black teen-age mother....sperm donor unknown.....is already in poverty concurrent with the fatherless child enroute to the criminal justice programs. It is the same for the white teen-age mother.....sperm donor unknown..... It's less race - but still a major factor - and more so class. There is a black middle class established here. Trump was careful not to allow race to enter his statement re Baltimore has sections that are rat holes and dangerous. As an aside, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, now of California, is from a Baltimore political family. Baltimore is like Newark, New Jersey. Here's a little electronics analogy. A wall is like a resistor in an electrical circuit. It impedes the flow of current. Not stopping it completely like a switch. Now what a Southern wall does is curtail the massive influx of illegal immigration into our sovereign nation, helps impede the flow of illicit drugs, and helps hinder the sex trade industry.

Now a wall is common sense like fire is common sense to all things that move. Let that be trains, planes and automobiles right down to power production and the cooking of food. If walls weren't so damn important then why do Hollywood Celbs feel the need to use them? Why does the White House have a fence? Why does Israel use them? Perhaps that's because they are in the middle of a boat load of daggers pointed at them? One little strip of damn land and every little A-rab fucker there wants to kill 'em.
