Again, this article can serve as an "after action" report. Even if sheltering in place, remember that some did evacuate and in drivable weather returned from a counterpart mega-shelter ..... this area also isn't set up for large evacuations with motel / dorm type of shelters ...... and, although appearing healthy, is a carrier of the corona virus.
