    Good morning all,

    Per ...

Note article's "still many thousands of homeless people".

At end of article is a hyperlink to Bahamas Relief Cruise website. This is ideal reading for someone starting out in prepping and / or responder type of work. The link tells of the required skills sought. Thus, one can plan and prepare accordingly.

    Good morning Varuna,

A good question. The Bahamas has a national population of about 400,000.

My main guess is that the Haitian refugees could be considered homeless. It's now O.B.E. - Overcome By Events. They've since been deported back to Haiti.

The rest of the population had homes.

The entire article is really about camouflaged vacations under the pretense of emergency operations. These "do-gooders" interfere with the Responders and fatigue the scarce resources such as barracks arrangements for the Responders.

It is so blatantly obvious that these "do-gooders" do not respond to places like Goma, DR Congo, Jubu, South Sudan, Flint, Michigan,...
