British Hospitals And High Casualty Incidents

Law says they got to have a plan, does not say it has to be enforced, or feasible. Just have the plan and you are good to go. Just another government /corporate CYA.

 

in a major incident I don't believe the British health service would be able to cope, our emergency departments run at a 4 hour waiting time during normal times, so in a major national emergency they would fail.
