A Herc AC-130 Spectre caused some casualties - to include killed - when Doctors Without Borders in Afghanistan continued to treat terrorists. A foreign equivalent of a Stinger SAM, basically an infantry SAM, can disassemble a Spectre at less than 1% of the cost of the Spectre. Last month, the US recorded a $1 TRILLION deficit.
