Can You Tax A Right???

I did not know about the Biden proposals for gun control coming up until someone at work told me last night.

I was a bit stunned but at the same time expected, after the Clinton Administration, for this to come back with a vengeance. I just was not that aware of how much and how fast they would try to move it.



I got to thinking.....can you tax someone Rights...in addition to the taxes you pay when you make purchases???

Was not the voting tax struck down years ago???


Strikes me that someone is proposing huge taxes on top of what people pay when they make their purchases....

This in order to curb firearms purchases and accessories.

This to me amounts to once again...,"Herding."


I know I keep bringing up this concept...again and again..."Herding."


But in my opinion..in one form or another you are seeing it happen ...again and again...and more often as the left or Internationalists controlling them become more and more desperate.


It became very very clear to some of us that with this 2020 election that Americans could not be trusted with their vote....and the election had to be rigged in certain high electoral vote states..


And now as I have stated many times on this and other threads...it becomes once again clear...that you cannot only not be trusted with your vote...but also not trusted with your gun/guns.


I will remind the readers and members here that history clearly demonstrates that the British did not trust the Colonialists back before the founding of this nation to be armed with a state of the art firearm..and sought to confiscate them....

And this is the reason we have the 2nd Amendment in addition to many of the other Amendments...the very historical tendency of excesses government and against their people..in order to "Herd " them into compliance...less liberty and freedom and more "Herding."

I find this is supremely ironic in lieu of what came out about Fast and Furious across the border.



This history is often and carefully removed from most of our history books in order to promote internationalism...globalism..

This to make us more like Englishmen and Continentals....unarmed...physically, mentally, as well as spiritually.




So.........


Can you tax a right.....???

Is it a direct or indirect tax they are proposing..???

If a direct tax...directly on the source......how are they apportioning it by census or enumeration among the states and or people???


If you can tax your rights...you can tax them into oblivion...non existance...watered down in favor of the state..unlimited government and a limited people.

This was not the intent of the founders.



As GFW Hegel was known to say..."The State is god."

Is this where America is going...The State is god???

Is this what internationalism/Globalism ...represents....The State is god???


Is this taxation really a substitution scheme for our Constitution of the United States???

To some of us this became clear about our vote with this 2020 election...,.that we could not be trusted with our vote...

That someone out here does not trust the American people to think and do for themselves but seeks to herd us into compliance...

Be Warned the Ishmaelites trying to "Herd" our Constitution into nothingness..and turn our Rights from God into privileges granted by the state...Just as is done in the UK and the Continent....

Taxation is one way this is done....


And this will not end with gun control..it will branch out to other of our Rights from God...



Be prepared for shootings to happen by design such that they get more and more support for their gun control positions....while putting the onus off on ordinary Americans who had nothing to do with these incidents..

Be prepared for your children and grand children to be programmed to tell on you in public schools..



They will be coming after your gasoline powered cars to force you into public transportation ...or electric cars in the same manner....high taxation...

All the while limiting your travel by C19 restrictions and limits ...just like in the olde Soviet Uniion...


Regulating the Herd by Taxation....

This is not free market....it is coercion...unlimited government...and a limited people..

All the time this is happening ..be prepared for the Republican Party to be silent once again....as they are in fact...Democrat Lite and answer to the same globalists/internationalists.

What I suspect that Trump and Company have so moved and dismantled so many of the Globalist/Internationalist controls over the Herd in this country that they are become desperate to get rid of Trump and his EOs giving more decision making ability back to the people....as to what to do with their time and monies...labors...liberty and freedom.

Gun Control is only a part of this plan to quickly reinstall the olde controls...herding techniques...


The question needing to be understood and asked..by thinking people..is...

Will you get more liberty and freedom...decision making ability over your lives and what you produce with your labors under a Biden/Harris Administration or a Trump administration???

The flatus bearing its deadly cargo of methane is no doubt a direct threat to goddess Gaia's atmosphere. The eating of beans is no doubt one of the proximal causes of global warming. Regarding whether a "right" can be taxed;

A US citizen, private or corporate, has a right to make an export sale with no taxes.

Inspections can still be required for the export. There is a cost to the inspections. It is called an indirect tax.

When the inspections cost too much for the export sale to be profitable, the company relocates offshore. This is one reason there are fewer jobs in the US.

I don't follow the gun trade but many here do. It's been mentioned about treating private gun ownership like a car: titled with a certificate of title, an inspection certificate and a liability insurance policy of some kind.

This, Pragmatist, is the difference in being a citizen and a subject like in the UK, Australia, et al....on the continent...wherein the Government becomes the Sovereign....royalty ..feudalism...and grants privileges to the people....and can take them away at will.....

All this is not new not being kept quiet.

Our Governor, a medical doctor, has a clear public policy plank and much support from his base.

All else is commentary.

 

For many preppers guns and amo are an important part of their survival plan . Those that took this serious years ago for this communist gun and amo grab and prepped in a responsible manner " will be ready " . Those that wasn't serious preppers will now find their time frame to prepare for the communist take over has expired . Very little amo will be available in the future and eventually none . This is just a crack in the separation between serious preppers and rainy day preppers and the crack is becoming a fisher . If Trump can survive the coup attempt we may get a reprieve from the collapse . If the Communist take over succeeds well we will join Venezuela in a downward spiral . Actually if the deranged democrats get their way the U.S. will SOON be in much WORSE shape than Venezuela . I wonder if Venezuela will welcome United States citizens trying to escape the collapsed United States and get to that wonderful place called Venezuela .

 

I believe the constitutional answer is NO. Will they do it...YES.

I have a question that interplays with this one.

If U.S. politicians or agencies refuse to follow the constitution and the spirit of the law with executive orders, regulations, etc. Does that make them a domestic enemy?

Nixon impounded fund appropriated by Congress. Congress had to pass some Act in 1974 to get the funds released and distributed to where Congress wanted them to go to.

The Us started off with a Grand Jury program. Today Grand Juries have an indictment rate of ~ 98-99%.

Can the USG tax a religion ? Don't know the background. They did modify the polygamy situation with the LDS/Mormons.

Does the Constitution follow the US flag ? When the US "acquired" the Philippines: No. For Puerto Rico: Yes.

All this stuff is political.

Eisenhower used the 101 Abn Div to get Merideth into the university ... Mississippi ? or Orvil Faubus of Arkansas event ? I forgot.

"Foreign Affairs and the Constitution" by Louis Henkin. A sample: Can a state port authority enter into a contract with a foreign national government ?

I've had some senior people tell me that there's no such thing as "law". It's all really a political matter.

Meanwhile, aren't there exceptions in our modern era when jury trials cannot be demanded if intel matters are involved ? I think so but this is not my cup of ,,,,,, liquor.

I just read above and am posting it here to demonstrate the cloudiness - won't use the word "confusion" ... they know what they're doing ... of a Constitutional "issue".

My attention got focused when I read Chicago Office of Emergency Management.

Some thing else I just remembered; My favorite modern times interpretation of the Constitution: The original document requires all money bills - ie appropriations - to start at the House of Representatives. When the Fed fires up the monopoly money printing press, this is a de facto replacement to the originial "all money bills must originate in the House.

I remember something when LTC Ollie North worked in the White House - actually Old Executive Office Bldg - and he got involved in the Iran-Contra episode. Believe Dale and Alaska John on active duty at time ... Bahrain was to donate some $ for the cause. Much later, it was established that all monies must be appropriated by Congress.

It's all changed.

A foot note: Ollie took much heat for stuff and he was only at the base of the totem pole level.

Conclusion: EVERYTHING IS POLITICAL.

 

If taxing the Church is a "bridge too far" the Secular Humanist cardinals -- such as Biden, Kamala, and other Social Democrat elites -- will find other means to do harm to those who would submit to God's Will and not follow the filthy edicts of those who have shunned their Creator.

There is so much to the question of taxation of the "press" and "churches", I can't even post something that can serve as the basic to get into the study of this. Had just found my real old file folder on the Supremes' review of margarine entering the US marketplace. There were "legal" confrontations on whether margarine could be colored yellow, like butter, or had to be a shade of white !

My personal, political interest is the Mpls/St Paul taxi driver of the Islamic faith who refused to accept a blind passenger - a blinded war veteran with a trained seeing eye dog because the taxi driver has a belief system calling dogs "unclean".

Now, you're entering vague political territory - - - because all who dwell in the US do not believe in monotheism. This was the problem Eisenhower realized when he was forced to amend the Pledge of Allegence to the flag. Ike anticipated that the Pledge would be destroyed as a national public pledge - and so it was.

My heart lies heavy in my chest this evening. I have known and come to love so many non-Muslim Iranians who were able to escape Iran. Bounties on their heads, fatwas and other such satanic edicts. Once, now a decade and a half passed, an acquaintance who was temporarily in Baku told me of the trains full of those who were escaping Tehran, Qom, and Tabriz. God's Glory and Mercy be upon them, but one's mind and heart looks back down southeasterly and sees so many who cannot escape Iran.
