Climate Of Fear- Us Perspective On Australia's Sensible Gun Laws

I have been grumbling because we are getting closer to this kind of situation all of the time, here in the United States; but at least it is not this restricted here, and I think the laws we have are not that strictly enforced.
I definitely believe that people everywhere are being taught to fear guns and owning weapons, for whatever reason. When ever the issue of gun control comes up in forum conversation, the people who live where they can't own a gun almost always believe that if Americans just turned in all of our (legal) guns, then all of the shootings would stop.
They do not realize that the criminals would still have guns, because they are certainly not going to turn in their weapons. The only thing that would happen is that the unarmed law-abiding citizens would then become even more of a target for robbery, rape, and murder.
The media is almost all controlled by liberals, and the only stories that make the news are ones that show some sort of crazy/drugged up person going on a killing spree, or even a parent who leaves a gun in their purse and their little kids shoots someone (usually themself) with the gun.
Anything that has a positive outcome because the person was armed never makes it to the mainstream news anymore.

 

There is over 300 million legal guns in the US and 100 million legal gun owners, if legal gun owners here was a problem you would know it. The highest murder rates are in cities with the strictest gun laws since criminals by definition don't care about the law, gun laws have no effect on them.

 

Gun laws are what politicians use to feel like they are doing something. They have no effect on violent crime. The city of London in the UK has some of the strictest gun laws there are, so the nuts just use knives. Hitler was a biog supporter of gun registration., although it is true that gun registration began in Germany before Hitler. Of course, he wasn't a big fan when his brown shirts carried weapons before he came to power, but after that he did what he could to ensure guns were registered.

 

This is a bit long but it explains the intent behind our 2nd Amendment, and shows graphic details of how governments have persecuted people throughout the 20th Century. As we have warned each other over many issues, don't think it couldn't happen to you.

 

There is something historically very very wrong with a government which does not trust it's people to be armed.

Soon enough these same governments demonstrate that they do not trust their people with their vote..and must rig the voting process.

This is becoming more and more clear in the UK about Brexit...a non representative government....using government powers to "Herd" the people for someone's profit. Ishmaelites run wild.

There's nothing "sensible" about banning guns.
If you're happy with your lack of freedom, that's fine.
Don't worry about us though.

We will keep ours for the next time they are needed, like they were 75 years ago today in Normandy.

 

Please stop using their terminology. It is civilian disarmament as a precursor to totalitarianism. That is the goal. Call it what it is. Civilian disarmament

 

In America we considered ourselves British subjects, till they came after our guns and ammo. They were able to confiscate some firearms but we willingly gave them our ammo. Our Constitution guarantees our right to possess firearms specifically so that we can defend ourselves from the government.

I see a similar pattern ..after the big city restrictions in this country on gun ownership ..wherein there is lots of two legged wildlife running around taking advantage of "Law and Order" government imposed.

It is as if there is a silent imposition of a default setting going on here. These big cities ...New York, Chicago, Washington DC and California...especially Hollywood..represent all of America by default...everywhere else is "Flyover Country" and does not count.

I am verily insulted by this philosophy/religion often implied and promoted by leadership and our phony news media.

It is this very thing Caribou...but much much more.

Those first ten amendments are not there by accident but by experience..hard earned and hard won experience by our early colonialists...as well as our Founders.

Much of this early history of this nation took place right here in Tidewater, Virginia. Nor far northwest of me is the site of the Jamestown settlement of 1607 wherein our first permanent colony took place...
Near there is the early colonial capital here in Williamsburg,, Virginia wherein a lot of our early founders carried on debates before it was moved to Philadelphia.

The Yorktown battlefield is just north of me in the next country..York County.

Not only did they come for our guns..which is the reason for the Second Amendment but they tried to restrict our ability to worship and assemble... as they knew much was discussed in Church and many colonists were devout Christians.

But also of great ire to the Colonialist was that after many were disarmed ..they were forced to house British Soldiers in private homes. This is the reason for Amendment 3.

Also search and seizure....and bearing witness against ones self...habeus corpus....etc etc...Amendment 4 and 5.

My point here is that these are not separate and unrelated Amendments but part of the very fabric of the whole of grievances hard earned and learned by our forefathers. These are not there by accident.

And very few governments are want to do so ..in writing ...post such protections and limits on government power.

The first Ten Amendments when viewed and understood as a whole are clearly limits on government power.

Congress shall make no law.....shall not be infringed...no soldier shall....shall not be violated....no person shall...shall not be required....shall not be construed...

These are all limits on government.....but there is more to this ...but for now this will suffice.
Most Americans have no idea and have never been taught by good knowledgeable teachers...
I believe this is not accidental but deliberate....this ignorance of our people today.

And this has been the very struggle from the beginning ...government attempting to throw off the shackles of these first Ten Amendments...it continues unto today.

This is a very important source... for those who know ..who understand the history....who can live and breath it...teach it to others....our very source for "Limited Government" for which our Founders often spoke.

Be warned of the Ishmaelites who try to sneak around these protections of "Limited Government."

Born-again secular humanism and the utopian fantasies attending is an extreme mental disorder. It is a severe neurosis bordering on psychosis. When someone becomes delusional, such bespeaks psychosis, pure and simple. A person who is willing to be spiritually raped by their Big Brother to obtain some sort of world wherein they do not have to grow up has a disordered mind.

Witness the mental disease plagues represented by the former Soviet Union, current North Korea, the spread of communism into Laos and Cambodia, ..., the list goes on. Bernie Sanders, a Democratic Socialist running for the presidency of the United States has stated that the failure of the Soviet Union and the Venezuelan collapse we witness today cannot be used as examples of socialism having fatal flaws. This Sanders is mentally ill. In times past, he would have been bundled off to a "nice home in the countryside" to "allow some tranquility to return to his life in these latter days of his."

Rational people are allowing their ordered world to be annihilated by the mentally ill, the perpetual adolescent crew.

There must be push-back. Here in the United States, it looks more and more like there will be another civil war.

I know a number of people who can demonstrate this, that the Soviet Union and Venezuela and other Socialist nations "can" be used as an example of the failure of socialism....right down to the names of the philosophers who were cited and used in the promotion of socialist principles...Plato, Hume, Descartes, Kant, even Spinoza...and how their fruit survives today to the unknowing and untaught. Most pass-through then grow out of adolescence. Many do not.

Raising three people into adulthood, being band-parents, being high school parent chaperones, forced my wife and I to endure some hundreds of adolescent tantrums.

Now we must endure the exact same puerile screeching when dealing with Leftists at work. Wearying.

One can make no rational argument when having a "discussion" with a person who never got past adolescence. This is why university research often is designed to "verify" their "truths" that just happen to be 180 degrees out of phase with reality. So, you are disagreeing with an airhead -- what do they say?! "Research shows that ... "

Me, I remind myself that soon, their world will burn down. Some dark part of me lusts to see their homes overrun with looters. I want so see everything near and dear to them go up in black smoke. I want their souls to collapse into eternal catatonia.

I say Wow because of what happened to me in the last couple of weeks...and I was stunned when it came to me the totality of what I witnessed with my own eyes and soul.

I had a conversation with a Feminist LGBT Woman who has a degree....well educated....in the system....

What she was going on and on and on and on ad naseum...was to the concept being heavily promoted by the feminists to day...that the world's ills are caused by "Rich White Straight Males."

On and on and on she droned...like a brainwashed robot..an automaton. She did not seem to be able to function outside of this obvious and very advanced blame game philosophy/religion. Make no mistake ..it was clearly her religion..religious belief.

Finally when I tired of her droning on and on...I stopped her dead in her tracks..and asked her....

Obviously some moral trespass or law has been broken here.....give me the name of the citation on the books wherein I can look this up.

She kept on with the religious blame game mantra ...and I had to bring her back to the question.

Finally she had to admit that there was no codified law on the books that was being broken.

She had no idea how pubescent and adolescent she came across while promoting this "Blame Game" based on her religion of sex, sexuality, and race.

These people are going on and on and on over a legal fiction...something which does not exist but they believe if they beat the drums long enough people will believe it.

What I came to realize, Olde Geezer, is that I was looking into the eyes and soul of an Insane person.

It was a bit of a shock to realize this. This is today the face of Institutionalized political/social Insanity carefully cultivated among certain groups to generate and protect votes. This LGBT business is a carefully promoted voting block willing to hold the whole nation hostage and in bondage to their sex and sexuality for votes.

I know what it is called when you bully ....force and promote ones sex and sexuality onto unwilling and uninterested people....by guilt and shaming them....into compliance and or silence. It is called Rape.

And it is today become a cheap political manipulative tool as election time nears...to guarantee the votes of these groups. Be prepared for more of this .

Here...it is being promoted of recent in music videos....this is to me nauseating......because of what I know and have learned about where these groups are going and leading this nation....Not the LGBT groups per se..but whomever or whatever is controlling and guiding them....unseen and unknown by most...even unknown by many in the LGBT movement.

You will get all manner of links supporting the banning of hunting. The links will give you stacks of arguments to make if you are interested in advocating legislation to ban hunting. Google's first link is for PETA.

"Reasonable gun control" translation: ban the possession of all firearms by citizens

Steps towards that goal:

1) Public school curriculums must all promote the idea that firearms are evil.
2) Register all firearms and make citizens who do not wish Big Brother to know about their firearms felons. To ban something, first you must register it with those who are in power.
3) Ban assault rifles.
4) Ban handguns.
5) Ban self-defense with firearms.*
6) Mandate that all target shooting will be conducted using air rifles / non-gunpowder rifles.
6) Make it mandatory for all firearms to be kept locked-up at gun clubs.
7) Regulate the types of knives the commoners can carry on their persons.
8) Ban hunting and thus hunting firearms. Hunting is cruel, after all.

* The rulers and the better people will of course have their security teams who will be allowed the carrying of firearms.
