    Good afternoon all,

    The German company Melitta has modified it's coffee filter to become a medical compliant face mask.

    They're not not yet on the market because - please remain seated - "The delay is ... getting government approval ...".

    I consider the Melitta face mask and similar mods important to the private citizen Prepper community because they will put downward pressure on the national brand masks. Disposable N-95 and P-100 masks are not priced as just one use throwaway (disposed of properly) types. A small stock of these is a non-small cost.
