    Some years ago near here, we had a kayaker tragedy. At 60 yo, in April, the Chesapeake Bay can have comfortable days - but the water is still cold. Lost in a boating accident was William Colby. The accident had nothing to do with his subpoena to testify before Congress in 3 weeks.
