    Good afternoon all,

    T-storms not here yet.

Article tells of a high school student who invented a suture that detects infection. The current method requires use of a smart phone. Many do not have smart phones - and also - there are realistic, worst-case scenarios where communications will not be available.

I'm an avid practioner of KISS. This new suture expedites the patient knowing about an infection and addressing the situation accordingly. My view is focused to Prepping.

Article has some photo illustrations .

Hope she gets the needed patent.
