    Good morning all,

    The pandemic connects Chinese folk music with Appalachian (it's all folk) music.

    Above link is is both audio and narrative.

    I admit to cultural biases to both Appalachia and some areas of China but must - and will - set them aside and say NO boat song can be better than anything other than from the Mississippi River ! The muddy Miss even produced music better than the Erie Canal; "I've got a mule, her name is Sal, 15 miles on the Erie Canal,.."

    Now relax and enjoy some music without the worries of Appalachia and China. (These areas are in geometrically better shape than the big dense - population cities.
