    Before the pandemic, how could 1 in 5 NYC children be food insecure ? NYC participates in the Fed's SNAP/ food stamp program. What is this article missing ?

    Note the term "two safe rest stops".

    Two months ago, NYC did not have an official in charge of food reserves ?

    The problem is not food. It is the occupant of Gracy Mansion, the Mayor.
