D-i-y Decon Shower

Good afternoon all,

In above link, look for the "Technical Decon Shower" the one for persons; not vehicles notwithstanding both cost as much as an election board member's ransom.

Using the basics of the picture, I made one from a couple of dome tents ... the fiberglass poles most important and some vinyl shower curtains. Arranged for a Mr Heater and some large S hooks for clothes. I built it on top of a jacuzzi tub. This meant already had water connections and drain in place.

If it ever gets priced for the retired budget Senior Citizens, those new ultraviolet lamps - must be large or at least commercial type ..... Why did I even mention "budget" ?! ....

Madam Prag took it down but at least can reassemble it.

When good times return, archeologists can understand what we went through. Aren't you glad that we pragmatists are not pessimests ?

Excuse me, First Sergeant, can you hand me that Irish Mist soap on a rope ? It's chilly outside this DIY shower. Major Margaret H.L. Hoolouhan, RN, NC of 4077th MASH, APO San Francisco 12345 had better shower arrangements I must admit.
