FEMA needs real-time data so they awarded a contract for this to Dun and Bradstreet of New Jersey.

How will Dun and Bradstreet get the "pre-disaster conditions" data ? Recently, it's been reported that Mexico Beach, Panhandle Florida publicly said that their storm sewage system needed much work PRIOR to the hurricane. I'm guessing this was not public knowledge.

It is difficult to believe that D&B, with a $2 million contract, "1. Establishment of ... economic environment baseline". Just think of the Louisiana coast and how oil and gas with their infrastructure is priced. It would take many, many pages of headnotes just to get the basics established.

Meanwhile, back at the beach, ... She's not wearing cuff links at the beach party.
