    Virginia's already been doing this.

    True, the DAFN population got little attention. Still, the overall program got little attention. Only when the funds started arriving into the disaster programs did "attention" arrive next to the money.

    IEHP and their academy might not know that Western University of the Health Sciences' Center For Disability Issues and the Health Professions, Pomona, California (same state as the socialists from IEHP are in) works this arena. For research / reference: www.cdihp.org
