    It's "... the quickest easiest way to respond is if you already have relationships". This theme is the most important aspect I learned from studying the Fukushima, 11 March 11, catastrophe. Quality social networks were found to be more important than than the usual stuff, like extra food or the extra stuff like relocation assistance out of disaster area.

    These type of conferences are valuable to the individual citizen.
