    Author is, unfortunately, wrong. FEMA and CDC cannot monitor shelters and contents. DOD can't either.
    We've now got a different type of population in the workforce, whether working or not, contractors, new laws, new regulations, ... a different environment than the era of Ike administration.

    Here, we give our approaching shelf-life medical stuff to the community college for teaching and to veterarary clinics. Much I must throw away. Had always thought they were suffering in Central Park West and Pacific Palisades.

    True, the author is so correct. It's less about the pandemic/disease and more about mismanagement although cannot say anything worse about contractors on the web.
