    There is hope for our country. We are witnessing a rehab so as to return to the premier nation of the world.

    At "NCART recommendations include":

    Note "Prescription required for repair ...... without confirmation of ... need ... by the physician".

    Now you can guess why societies that were utterly destroyed during WWII experience a higher standard of living than US society. A physician's RX wheelchair repair requirement for a permanently-disabled patient of the physician ?!

    We've got much work to do but we will prevail.
