Gallows humor: "...with disabilities, who faced a lack of accessibility in shelters ... " South Carolina hasn't been building ADA-compliant emergency shelters ?! Same as Virginia.

We need NO "suggestions". We know the answers and the problems. Keep the hurricanes out of the corridor at least until November, 2020. Anticipate changes.
