It's a podcast with narrative in link also....a MBA candidate and a national chef discuss ...

The narrative asks: "Is there anything governments and non-governmental organizations can do to better prepare for, and aid countries in the recovery ?"

If 70,000 are homeless, even with some of the dwellings insured, the replacement building costs must skyrocket for "hurricane-hardened" status. The support systems of the communities must also undergo hardening ... the airfields, the berths, docks, commo towers, ...

Devastating storms cause injuries, illnesses, deaths. Field-grade trailer clinics required along with dedicated professional staffing. All this is expensive. If not done, anticipate next year - and the 70,000 survivors remaining in the Bahamas are a year older experiencing the relentless aging process - residents of the Bahamas will experience similar dangers.

It's really expensive to live in the Bahamas and the places with similar complexions.

The related problem are the institutes of lower education getting rostrums and podiums to host these themed discussions. Instead of listening to chef and university students, talk to the emergency managers, the responders and the other participants who have experience in several responses and recoveries.

The students can make espresso for the talk.
