The mention of focus on healthy food indirectly relates to why SIM arrivals were in need of "vital" medicines. Any relation to problem being corrected in Massachusetts re pharma laws ? "lack of access to healthy food" really is about the SNAP (food stamps) program. Public kitchens (a/k/a/ "soup lines) can provide healthy food. Those not knowledgeable about food, nutrition and diet will never have good health. SNAP is BIG business. Check the funding.

The Snow Hill, North Carolina homebound woman cannot live alone. The public costs are prohibitive.
