    Tourniquet. If you don't have one, can you use something else? Paracord? Hemostatic rubbers?

    Yes you can use anything that can be tied around the limb to restrict the blood flow. Strips of clothing, waist belt, neckerchief, boot laces, strips of bark from some types of trees such as the Stringybark, seat belts from a vehicle, etc etc.
