Now that autumn is upon us in Aus, I want to dry the remainder of herbs in the garden. No, I don't have a dehydrator.

Has anyone had any experience on the best way to dry them - the old fashioned way without the use of a dehydrator? I wondered if sticking them in the oven would suffice but not sure the best procedure.
