    Note needle tea.

    Prior to any Forum Member dealing with loblolly and Ponderosa pine species for consumption products, do check with Dale, Polt and your personal health care providers. The article is clear enough on the needed precaution.

    Note 6. filter water.

    Some of the pine species' edible seeds are delicious. I've had needle tea and didn't think it was nearly equal to a Folger's or Waffle House coffee. I can survive on coconuts.
