Food Distribution Packs Must Remove Hennessy

Good afternoon all,

The Governor of Nairobi, Kenya had planned to add a Hennessy miniature in emergency food packs.

He caught "static" over this. Alcohol does not help one's health nor can it be used as a hand sanitizer; not enough alcohol in it.

 

If it is something the government is providing and funding I'm sure something else could be included that would be more useful in an emergency food pack.

As far as the criticism it wouldn't be effective as a hand sanitizer I disagree. It may not be AS effective as a 60-70% alcohol content. But it would do something.

I stand corrected. Even minimal alcohol is better than the usual method of water and jeans-dried.

I am now in the mood for a Harvey's Bristol Cream...........

 

If you are going to put alcohol in it use Vodka or 151 Rum. That will clean your hands. Probably take the pigment off too.

After Johnny Walker stopped putting alcohol in their beverage I switched to Old Grand Dad and Mao Tai sorghum firewater.

I no longer consume these beverages due to health reasons but have an emergency supply in case SHTF.

 

Johnnie Walker and Old Grand Dad!! Good choices. My consumption is not a small fraction of what it once was. I used to proudly proclaim " I only drink on days that have a Y in them." Not so much anymore. Still I have enough inventory to get the Chinese Army stinking drunk.
