Foreclosures

According to one of my sources 6 million foreclosures are ready to befall the citizens of the U.S. . I don't know where other countries stand with this . Here in the U.S. the Democrat party is blocking aid to these homes and businesses as they see this as a tool to usher in their " One World Government " . Frankly things have already gotten so bad that I don't know if I am for or against rescuing people from becoming homeless . Making money out of thin air is causing the economy inflation rate to grow at an even faster pace as we hurdle toward an Venezuela style collapse . Was the China think tank smart enough to deliberately unleash the virus to cause this collapse ? Whether it was deliberate or not one thing we do know , it is working toward the Chinese goal of global domination .

 

There might be some that want to "actually " enter a prepper life style that this tragedy will work to their advantage . That isolated property with the natural water source you have coveted may be foreclosed on and become available for purchase . As it is now sitting the year 2021 will be bombarded with foreclosures .

 

Foreclosure requires more than paperwork. Law enforcement agents or hired thugs must back-up paperwork.

Property taxes mean that the government is your landlord. If you do not pay government that which it demands, armed people in uniform will come and throw you off the property you mistakenly thought was yours.

During the Great Depression of the 1930s, banks foreclosed on properties that were near being paid-off. Why? These properties had equity into which the banks could tap. Properties with large debt and low equity would bring the banks no money at auction. The banks foreclosed on properties that would bring them income.

Bank wealth is based on property appraised values. When America crumbles, when the West crumbles, property values will crumble. No jobs = inability to get loans and inability to pay on loans. The economic downturn in 2008 was caused by valuing properties that were without value. When this reality came home to roost, economic infrastructure took a massive hit. Matters are far worse now and this is due to unsustainable debt by individuals and by governments. Printing money has simply postponed the date of execution. But no matter what, Western economies will be hung by the neck until dead.

Socialism dies by killing the motivation of the people. In the Soviet Union, life got so bad that workers were missing one to two days per week due to alcoholism. The average woman during her reproductive years averaged seven abortions (for which the state paid). Civilization ground to a halt.

If America goes socialist, there will be mega-violence. People on the side of government will be hated and their lives will thus be put at risk. I'm not talking politicians, I'm talking enablers such as government accountants -- anyone associated with government. The hate factor in America is getting ready to explode already.

Most of these US forclosures are defacto US Government mortgages since USG is guarantor. Besides the USG, other countries hold some of this "bad paper".
