    Good morning Newbies and other Members,

    Above link tells of a no-cost emergency training. Harford County is a little northeast of Baltimore, between the 2 Interstate Highways.

    I'm not posting above for the specific location but rather to show that training is available at no cost to the citizen (Nothing is "free" !) at various locales.

    For Newbies not familiar with accessing the freebies training, I'm sure if you post here a basic requested location, you'll get some quality feedback on your area's training opportunities.
