Ref: "should be fully prepared"; Are Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates fully prepared ?

Would it not be better public policy for GEEKS WITHOUT BRAINS to stay home to free up the transport vehicles and routes for the emergency personnel not seeking vacations ?

Satellite imagery CANNOT identify where there's been maximum damage and send relief to those specific places". Satellites can only help. If the GEEKS commo folks - surely all nice people - do not have a security detachment these Geeks will lose both their equipment and vital signs.

 

I just hope those GEEK WITHOUT BRAINS doesn't come anywhere near my side of the border. I strongly doubt they could survive in any disaster area on their own.
