    it depends where the rivers and the river bridges are, its not my area its a couple of hours drive East of my location, the locals will know all the short cuts its the long distance drivers who will be inconvenienced, most truck drivers will have to stick to the main roads.
    as it has been well documented on news programmes and in advance you would think any reasonable driver would look for an alternative route.
