Hi, new to the forum but not to prepping although I'm always learning. I live on 11 acres with my wife and daughter. We have a garden and a few apple trees. No livestock yet, waiting for retirement so I have more time for them.
I like hunting, fishing and pretty much anything to do with the outdoors.
Especially if it has anything to do with guns, knives or backpacks. LOL

Thanks for having me and I hope I can contribute in some meaningful way.

    Welcome from southern Appalachia!

Just from the few sentences you have written, one can tell that you have information to offer. Simply witnessing any phenomenon from different angles adds knowledge.

One eye = two dimensional view. Two eyes = three dimensional view.

More eyes = more depth and greater clarity. Ask God. He uses souls as eyes for Him to witness His own creativity. We are created in His image. Therefore welcome and welcome again. We are curious, bet you are also.

    Hello McLeod
    Nice to have you here.
Out of curiosity what kind of livestock were you thinking of raising? Larger animals like cows or something smaller like chickens or rabbits?

I'd planned on rabbits, chickens and turkeys.
I don't have the land or infrastructure for large livestock. Most of my land is heavily wooded with no pasture land.
I do have a couple of smaller outbuildings that would be great for rabbits and birds.
