    Good morning all,

    Per ... the December issue.

    Newsletter tells of training/education programs for school kids such as "a disaster kit with environmental friendly material." Apparently HKRC wants the kit appropriate for emergency evacuations to California where the "Homeless State" prohibits one use only plastic stuff.

    One program teaches about "floods, spread of infectious diseases...". Not in newsletter, but does everyone have a bottle of bleech next to door(s) and a large sponge,rag, squeege stick, to disinfect boots?

    Yes, a towel !
