Most all of these articles report on pro forma plans. The test exercises are also pro forma.

Throughout much of the fruited plain, our health care systems are in decay.

Dr George: "hundreds of thousands" ? Even the plans will be laughed at. Are parking lots to be expanded ? Will there be augmented public transport arrangements to arrive at hospital ? Will those with flu-like symptoms have available public sector transportation to get to hospital ?

No reevaluation of just in time inventory system ? JIT trades off speed for cost-savings ...... especially if there's an inventory tax. We need some of the hospital payroll $$$ for the truckers, the Ray Ban crews, the river boats (gambling prohibited without a waiver), ... It's not just the health care programs in decay.
